Absolutely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Friendly employees. Never had any problems. Highly recommend. Great hot all you can eat breakfast. Free coffee, tea,hot chocolate, bananas, apples, oranges and cookies all day and night.
The stay was comfortable, clean, safe, and the staff was great. The breakfast attendant was very helpful and friendly. I wish I remembered her name. Older woman with a great smile. I would stay again if I was in the area.
It was a good choice of a place to stop, beginning with the friendly person (Heather) who handled our check-in, and ending with the helpful Jean who stopped what she was doing to make sure we were finding everything we were looking for at the breakfast bar. The food was nicely presented, and it was a pleasure to be treated in such a welcoming and cheerful manner. Altogether an enjoyable stay. We definitely would stay there again.
The hotel was clean rooms were well maintain reception was very nice would recommend this for other businesses ventures also recommend to other who are in the area only issue was internet which was promptly look into
We were traveling to Arkansas for my fathers funeral. After a long hard day of traveling it was a nice and relaxing stay for the few hours I was there. I did not ask for a bereavement rate, and not sure if you offer them. Overall an excellent place to stay
Let me preface this with a thank you to the front desk staff. Courtesy and Professionalism go a long way in developing customer relationships and they succeeded. I stayed here for approximately 2 weeks on a recent business trip. The facility has all the basic things you would expect at any hotel. However, it is obvious building contractors went the absolute cheapest route with lowest quality materials. Being so close to the highway, which is convenient, you would expect some sort of soundproofing, particularly with the windows. In the room I was in, I could hear traffic, people outside the hotel as well as anyone in adjacent rooms and hallways. So needless to say, sleep quality was lacking. The showers had HORRIBLE shower heads and bath curtains which hung too high to cover the top of the bathtub, allowing water to splash onto the bathroom floor. My evening/morning shower routines prepare me for restful sleep and productive days, not so much here. While attempting to iron my clothes, I discovered a broken/bent and otherwise unstable ironing board and a broken iron. The gym is nothing to write home about. Old and minimal equipment. Again, enough to meet basic, basic needs. Oh yeah, and my rental car vandalized at some point. My intent is not to complain, but to highlight areas for improvement. This was the 4th Hampton Inn I stayed at in the span of three weeks between Washington DC, Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio. Honestly not a huge difference between any of them. However, the staff was more than willing to accommodate my needs, including changing rooms. I hope this helps other travelers considering a stay at this and other Hampton properties.
Passing through and stopped by this beautiful hotel. Check in was confusing at 3:20am this morning as the rep informed me the system was updating and she needed to write down my credit card number, DL and cell phone and she would bring a bill up to the room when the system was done. Of course I will be cancelling this card as soon as I know the payment is through today. Ugggg! The Queen beds were lucious and how I would love to have the beautiful comforter from the bed. Coffee for the room and all sorts of things we could use or donate to the soaps and lotions to the homeless. The only thing that made the room not so perfect but not a big deal; the door lock hinges for the bathroom we're missing. We out the trash can in front of the door to give us some privacy as we bath......I reported this to the front desk to be added to their repair list. The breakfast this morning was great with sausage, biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles and fruit along with cold cereal and oat meal..if you need a sweet or healthy dish they had Greek yogurt and boiled eggs and sweet desert. Well worth the stay. We are Hilton honors so we also had discount on the room which added value
We recently stayed at this Hampton Inn. If you are looking for a new, fancy hotel, don't stay here. If you are looking for a good clean room at a great price, please stop here. The building is definitely showing many signs of age, but is not in horrible shape. The building was located very close to the Interstate, but the road noise in the rooms was not bad. We slept great! Staff was wonderful and recommended the Mexican food restaurant which was right next door which was outstanding. Would stop here again!
This is my second stay at any Hampton. After an extremely bad first experience in Michigan, I decided to give Hampton Inn another chance, but this time using my Reward points. The room was okay. Wasn’t the cleanest yet, wasn’t the worst I’ve ever experienced. The Best Western Beacon Inn in Grand Haven, Michigan has spoiled me and I judge all other hotels by them, as they are the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed. Anyway, see attached photos of my recent experience with Hampton Inn. As you can see, the paint job leaves something to be desired, and the walls and ceiling, too. Fire alarm went off at 11:55 pm and didn’t stop until about 12:05 am. This happens at different hotels and I can’t really fault the hotel. It was just concerning that no one seemed to know how to silence the alarm. Trying Holiday Inn Express next. I’m a Spire Elite member with them and wanted to try something different.
The best part of the trip was the staff they were fantastic friendly caring very nice place to stay. It was great location at lots of restaurants good time experience for my girlfriend as this was the first time she travel the US by car thanks for making it so pleasant
