The Space: The Coach House, is a well presented two bedroom maisonette with a beautiful decking area perfect for an evening drink after a day exploring Dorset stunning coastline. Conveniently located just 5 minutes walk into Westbourne with a great variety of restaurants, cafes and bistro pubs as well as tempting boutiques! A 15 minute stroll through Alum Chine down to the beach or a 20 minute walk into the gardens at Bournemouth.
This impressive maisonette has been completed to a high standard with private entrance opening directly in an open-plan living/kitchen/dining room with 2 x french doors leading on to the rear decking area. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, induction 4-burner hob, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room offers comfy sofa's (1 x sofa bed, sleeps 2 - can be made up on request) and a Smart TV with freeview. Downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedrooms offers a king-size bed (5ft) with en-suite bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet). Second bedroom with dual aspect windows offers a zip and link king-size bed (5ft ) or 2x single beds (2ft 6ins). Family bathroom (large shower, sink and toilet). Outside there is a private decking area with comfy seating, fire pit against a beautiful backdrop of pine trees, perfect for those warm evening relaxing after a busy day exploring.

Thriving shopping district of independent boutiques, restaurants, cafes and bistro pubs. It's popular for quiet strolls to the chines that run down to the sandy beaches passing clifftop green spaces such as Argyll Gardens and Alum Chine with it's quaint suspension bridge. The beaches are just 15 minutes walk.
