Hotel was short staffed during 4pm check-in time all the way to about 8pm. Waited over 2 hours to finally receive keys to the room. Once in the room, hotel only provided 2 towels. We booked the room for 5 guests. When called the front desk, no answer because the staff was so busy checking everyone else in. When asked the front about the hotel’s airport shuttle, received no response from the staff. When called the front desk at 10pm the same evening, staff simply side the shuttle was full then put me on hold for over 10 minutes. I the. Hung up the call then called the front desk again and got a response of “just show up at 6am”. Overall, very unpleasant and stressful experience with this hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The price was very affordable, especially considering how spacious and comfortable the room was. It offered great value for money. The location is perfect — right on the beachfront and close to many amenities, including shops and restaurants, which made everything very convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly stay in a great location.

Easy location to public transportation to get in and out of the city. Room was a nice size with large closet to keep clothes organized and provided additional space for changing. Breakfast had a large selection of items to keep everyone happy. The indoor pool was a bonus for the kids.

the room was nice but everything else about the hotel was horrible. we get there and was told parking was in the garage, drover around and absolutely no parking available. i was told i would need to park on the street and possibly look in the garage later to see if something opens up. needless to say, no parking on the streets were close to the hotel. I spent all this money just to have to park quarter mile down the road and walk back to the hotel. other problem was the pool, gross slimy water.

The hotel itself was fantastic. However, I had an issue with the room temperature. Since it was the middle of winter, I expected the heating system to be working. To make myself comfortable, I had to call and request two additional blankets. Considering the high occupancy rate for the day, I would have expected someone to be on-site to address such concerns. Despite this, I had a great stay overall. The breakfast was average, but the hotel has a lovely restaurant called Mission Beach House inside. They offer a bottomless brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. For dinner or lunch, you can go to Dryft Revere, which is right across the way. The location is truly excellent.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. But the front desk staff are extremely rude and dismissive. I asked simple questions and they treated me terrible. Probably not coming back just because of the front desk the only staff I actually interacted with and they ruined the experience.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room itself was pretty clean, although we found some hair on the bathroom floor. The main reason for the lower rating was the pool. The pool deck itself was disgusting, with lots of dirt, hair, fake eyelashes, and food. The pool water also had floating pieces of dirt, or who knows what. The light inside the pool itself was ripped halfway out, rusty and had exposed wires. It wasn’t on, but still a danger if you cut yourself or hit it swimming by. There were also no towels, my husband had to go to the desk to get some. Someone did come by to empty the old towels later. The restaurant staff, food, and drinks were great.

Hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Loved the view at breakfast, big open windows. Everything was very clean and upscale. Only thing we didn’t like was the restaurant. Felt like they really wanted me to buy an alcoholic beverage but I’m 8 months pregnant. I had ordered a Pepsi but they kept asking if I wanted a beer which was weird. We ended up closing our check after just an appetizer and going elsewhere. But the hotel itself was gorgeous and very comfortable.
