Nice hotel, beautiful room. Got a beautiful upgrade with a nice view of Boston for being Platinum with Orbitz. The only drawback is the $44/night parking-that is steep and there's no other alternative. Turn down service came a put chocolates on our pillows. Great gym and exceptionally nice pool area. Beds were very comfy! Would come back if parking was more affordable.

Nice place close to td garden. Nice pool, nice rooms. Breakfast buffet not that good and over priced, I would stay here again though

Beautiful hotel. The only downside was the water pressure in the shower. Other than that it was amazing.

Excellent from all perspectives. I checked in very late (past midnight), the staff offered late check out for next morning. The service is great and the room is very comfortable with great view of the charles river.

Beautiful view, excellent service and good price. Love it!!!

Easy check in, great meal at Dante, poor breakfast at ArtClub for breakfast In

We love it 😍 food great snack taste pool clean service is the best

The room was very comfortable and clean, and the amenities were wonderful - we loved the pool, the two restaurants, and the gym, and we had a good view of the city. The mall across street was convenient and a great getaway for a rainy day. Definitely recommend.

It was a terrible night stay every time somebody flushed the toilet in the building it sounded like somebody was shooting a gun in our room the phone did not work I could not call them in the morning to have my vehicle brought around by the valet and it was snowy and 10° out I had to wait in lobby for 25 minutes for my vehicle to be brought around and very over priced

The location of this hotel is great. The rooms and cleanliness of the hotel are good as well. The staff was just as bad this visit as they were my last. The bellboys ignore you as you unload your bags. The concierge told me that I couldn't use a baggage cart because they didn't have enough. The heat in the room didn't function. When maintenance came up, they said it would warm up after few hours. It did not. The service in the restaurants was incredibly slow. Generally, everybody is rude and doesn't smile. I stayed here for several nights a few months ago and had all of the same complaints. Nothing has improved. Even the elevator buttons that didn't light up when you push them still don't work properly three months later. Will not be coming back, and would not recommend.

hotel was beautiful , great location .... not happy with the $44 dollar parking that they said would be covered but was not it was changed to my room

Close to MIT and Harvard, $42 overnight parking, clean room with a nice river view, comfort stay!

The hotel was clean and update. It had a pool which large and great place to unwind after a day of sight seeing. The mini cafe was wonderful place to pick up a breakfast to go & quick coffee, although I did wish they were open a little later in evening to pick a quick snack or dessert. We are at the hotel restaurant. There was live music and overlook to the river, which made our dinner more enjoyable. The food and drinks were slightly on the higher price side and the food was just okay, nothing to write home about. The last night of stay we would have happily stay in for but since our prior experience we walk about 6 blocks to a great little organic pizza joint. We did have trouble with the A?C unit during nights of stay. It seem to cool down and stop running during the night. It was look at and temporarily fixed during the day but it sure didn't work at night

My favourite hotel in Boston. It has everything. There is nothing more to add..othervthan this is thevonly hotel I stay at when in Boston!!

Paid $480 a night for high floor room facing Charles river. Got a lower floor partial view room. Additionally, I was billed twice on my CC that I fortunately caught.

I loved every detail about stating at the Royal Sonesta the only disappointment was the parking. Over $40 plus a day for guests??

A nice hotel at a nice location, overlooking the Charles River. They gave me a complementary upgrade to a river view room.

Location is excellent! Easy highway access to Rt 93. Mall across the st. MIT is 1 mile away. Attached parking garage. Valet parking also available. Science Museum is around the corner and easily walkable. On the Charles River, great view from our hotel room. Easy check in and checkout. Very friendly and helpful staff. There is a cafe, a full restaurant, and a bar also. Concierge service available. Room spacious. Big closet, excellent restroom. Beds very comfortable. Large desk with two chairs. Excellent decor. Will definitely stay here again! The kids and I loved it!

I had an amazing time at the Roya Sonesta Hotel in Boston. They upgraded our room for free and the whole stay was very enjoyable. We stayed over the Christmas holiday and on Christmas morning we had a box of cookies at our door, how cute! It was a quiet, beautiful location and the staff was excellent. Thank you Royal Sonesta!

Staff was tremendously helpful. They were able to check me in early and even held my luggage while I waited for the room to be ready. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from a mall and is not far from the downtown area. Parking was a bit hectic as you'd have to find street parking if you did not want to pay by the hour for your car to be held in their lot. I would return if I am ever in the city again.
