Location was great! The staff was wonderful! The facility was hip with its decor, sitting areas, bar and restaurants.

Great location. Awesome pool for kids. Friendly staff.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. The check-in process was smooth. Parking available near the hotel. The room was a little too warm. There is only one functioning power socket in the entire room. There was no power coming out from the sockets in the cabinet. All the other power outlets are blocked by the furniture.

They charged $3 for an average sized Poland Spring bottle. I thought that was a rip off.

Normally I love staying at the Sonesta. This time was somewhat disappointing. We arrived early which normally isn’t an issue, but at 12:30pm there were still no rooms available. The front desk was clearly annoyed that I was frustrated. The room we stayed in had stained sheets which I was horrified at. Also, there was a small child screaming and crying so loudly down the hall that we could hear him in our room with the TV on. The hotel staff didn’t do anything. The child didn’t stop until a very upset guest walked into the hall and yelled about the child. Very odd experience. It was my husband’s first time at the Sonesta and he said he would rather stay at the Hilton, our normal spot.

very nice staff. Hotel was very clean. Location was ideal to stay in Cambridge and still travel to Boston.

Big difference between 2 wings Try get updated West wing Front desk Karim is wonderful!!

Nice and clean hotel. The staff was very friendly.

Room was not as expected, but they gave me a better one. Then garage elevator was not working and the problem was not solved. Had to walk from G4 to the hotel.

Amazing!!! Great staff great location, we will come back

Wish I had view of cambridge river...since it was a last minute booking- I couldn't complain. But place was modern clean..will definatly try there other establishments. Also really liked there unique room lighting.

This place is a fine hotel -generally clean and well maintained. Decent location, but nothing over the top about it. The pastries in the 'Starbucks' breakfast place were likely 3 or mare days old which was a disappointment.

Excellent all the way around, save for the food, which was just ok. Room service ends too early.

We had a great view of the river from our room. Beds were very comfy. Staff was excellent from front desk to cleaning crew to restaurant staff. They had a wine hour/candy bar on July 4th during the week. We used the pool daily with our granddaughter. The restaurant food was very good. The location was perfect as we could walk to our daughters apartment or uber. Our one bad experience was the taxi driver who milked me out of probably double the fare by pretending he didn't know where he was going and drove around in circles. He was camped outside the hotel and I was in a hurry. Bad decision. There is a mall across the street that we went to and picked up a cheesecake factory cake and some other things. Nothing wrong, except a couple noisy neighbors one night. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Cambridge.

It was ALL wonderful! Front desk Mina was incredible!! Thank you all so much!

A perfect location while teaching over at Hult University.

It took forever for the bathtub to fill is my only complaint

This hotel is a short walk to the Museum of Science and North Station. The staff were friendly, with a special shout out to the bartender who made me a great Mojito. The kids loved the pool which was clean and actually had a deep end! The rooms were nothing exceptional, but they were clean and the beds were comfy. I would definitely stay here again
