Only one working elevator made things difficult when checking. The room was nice. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower was disappointing. They have shampoo and conditioner dispensers that were empty/did work. Great location in Boston. Walking distance to the museum of science,TD Garden and faneuil Hall. Nice walk along the Charles River also.

Easy location close enough to city by car service

Very nice hotel. Smooth move in process. Friendly stuff.

Awesome view with an easy walk to shopping and dining.

Our Family has stayed here for few times and he have enjoyed our stay every time. The hotel is under renovation so not all rooms were available.

Great location, walking distance to Harvard, MIT and many other attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property was great as were the people. Would stay there again. I however would call on how many can occupy a room because Orbitz stated it held four people and it actually held two so when we got there we had to rent another room.

The hotel was "ok". My main issues were as follows: 1) The bathroom was absolutely tiny. I am a very average sized man (both vertically and horizontally), but I could barely get in and out. The toilet was somehow simultaneously too small (my back kept hitting the lid) and too tall (feet dangling). 2) The dining options were very scant. There was a cafe available, but no restaurant or room service. I suppose this may be due to Covid, but the other restaurants in the city seemed to be open. 3) The AC was either off or on jet engine mode, no in between. On the bright side, 1) The gym was nice 2) So was the indoor pool 3) Staff was courteous

The property was nice and convenient. Had a bit of a modern feel. Beautiful view of the river and location great for runners. Self parking on site that you pay daily but so do most properties in Boston. At least you don't have to wait for valet. Limited starbucks on site and a mall directly across the street. Indoor pool was clean and great selection of fitness equipment in great shape. Rooms a bit on the small size, shower pressure excellent but beds were a bit too soft for my taste.

great views of Boston! Easy to get to from the highway. A lovely facility! Plenty of opportunity for nice walks in good weather. The heat in our room was a bit iffy - quite cool. Shower pressure was...disappointing. We couldn't get one wall sconce working for love or money. Lots of great restaurants in the area for take-out; especially good as the on-site restaurant is closed.

Very clean. Felt safe with their Covid precautions. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Room was absolutely beautiful and the gym facilities were just as good as my local gym. Restaurant was closed, but conveniently located across the street from the mall with several restaurants to choose from. Would definitely come back.

Although I have run past the Royal Sonesta many times over the years I have lived in Boston, I never stayed there. So it was a real surprise to enjoy the hotel as a visitor one recent fall weekend. The staff were wonderful and friendly, and in the era of coronavirus, the hotel was clean and safe, without feeling restrictive. Once the restaurant re-opens no doubt we'll return for dinner!

Great reference point to get around Boston & Cambridge; staff was polite and courteous

Nice view of science museum, very friendly service. Switched rooms without a problem when I made a booking mistake.

The pool was wonderful, but the room was stated to sleep 4, but only had a king bed, with no pull out or anything. When I asked for 2 cots for my children, they said they could only send up one for fire code. So I asked for an extra blanket and never got it. Asked for it again and still never got it. I went to the lobby and got the blanket, they did give us extra time the following morning to get out of the room.

Rooms facing the Charles River afford a beautiful view of be city!!!
