Aaron keeps the place in amazing condition. He is also a gracious host. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you! Adam

32 Perkins Street is a beautiful well-kept historical home. It was a pleasure to stay there.

The rooms were nice and clean. However there are no TVs in the rooms and most don't come with bathrooms. I had to pay an extra $20 and night for a room with its own bathroom. The breakfast the second day was disappointing as I asked the manager to not serve something sweet. He made waffles. then kind of gave me a hard time when I asked him to make me eggs and sausage.

Aaron was amazing! He made our stay so enjoyable. And, he is a great cook! Each breakfast was unique, and there was plenty to choose from.

Felt like a home and was in a nice neighborhood. Room was a bit noisy

Perkins Inn is a gem. The home was privately owned for 120 years before being renovated and becoming a B&B. The whole house is filled with antiques and charming pieces that really give it a homey feel. Tea, coffee and snacks are always available in the dining room. Breakfast is always an interesting mix of people from all over the world chatting and exchanging stories. The beds are extremely comfortable. A few blocks from the property is Jamaica Pond which is a beautiful walk and has a great history. The train station is half a mile away. A short walk which will take you past some amazing restaurants.

Caroline was a great host, and makes a great breakfast.

beautiful house. very well maintained and decorated

We enjoyed our stay, Parking was tight but we did not have any issue. We tried public transportation into town and this location has several option nearby. We stay in a room which was recently upgraded with private bath. Carolynn was outstanding. Would stay there again.

It was dirty and the girl that worked there was dirty.

They just don't get it. They started making a lot of noise at 6am and hammering and using power tools at 7-something. (Not kidding.)

Cannot say enough great things about this place. It's within walking distance of downtown Boston and Fenway Park. Carolyn, the manager, is the most pleasant and friendly of hostesses. She also cooks the breakfast herself and is a wonderful cook! The rooms and bathrooms are clean and the beds and chairs are comfortable. The house itself is a charming one full of antique pieces and lovely original artwork. It's an idyllic place to spend your trip to Boston and I will definitely return there in future!

Nice location very welcoming Beautiful home Great woodwork

Great location, good rates, and a very nice place... Carolyn is the best!

Hi Anonymous, I didn't charge you for the room upgrade for the second night. I thought that was very kind. As for breakfast, I'm very sorry if I came across as bothered with your request. I'm always more than happy to accommodate guests. I hope you have a great day and possibly come see us again in the future :)
