Everything was as advertised. The property and area were very pleasant and quiet. Nice neighborhood. We were no more than a 10 minute drive to shopping, etc in the area so it was very convenient. The house itself was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay there again.

The property has a new kitchen with a few quirks. We wouldn't consider staying here again.We appreciated the renovated kitchen and counter space. I wish the instructions to check in including the address were shared in advance but I had to reach out to the host to find out the information instead. The host is very responsive and responds quickly. The home is not luxury and the description should be adjusted. The drains do not drain well and one of the bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom has a loud grinding pump noise every time you use the sink and toilet. The other bathroom sink does not drain well. There is a sulfur smell from the hallway bathroom and kitchen sink. The washing machine is fine but the drying option does not work well. We also found a few surprise insects.

Great little house. Looks like it was recently upgraded with all mod cons. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. Nice outdoor space. A perfect homebase for visiting family and friends in the area. Communication with the host was excellent.

The place was extremely cleaned and organized! Probably the cleanest place I’ve stayed at. My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Only wish that the host communicated more with us prior to our check-in day and on the check-out requirements.

Cute and clean and comfortable!

Property owner was wonderful with our check in. Opened the doors and it was simple, clean and bright. It’s a relatively small house but slept 8 comfortably. (Three bedrooms and a pull out sofa.) Appliances are new and house is bright with a nice patio area. I wish the house had a keurig, a toaster and a full length mirror to check outfits. Also minimal towels so bring your own if you want more. There was a spring poking out of the sofa bed but you can work around that. The showers were fantastic with great water pressure and the WiFi worked great. (We had no cell signal there so needed WiFi!) Hosts seemed friendly and flexible. Will definitely stay again when we come for our 3 day convention in Natick next year!

Short college visits

Stayed here for two nights and loved the property. Clean and quiet, even spend some time out on the back deck. In a neighborhood so not a lot of traffic which was nice also. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great place for a family home base

This house was just what our family needed for a “home base” while we enjoyed a few days in central New England. It was comfortable and clean, and it was easy to prepare meals when we ate in or packed lunches. Lin was very quick and helpful with communication, and I’d definitely stay again when we’re next In the area!
