The hotel is clean but the room we had seems outdated. The toilet did not flush properly, had to hold the handle down and flush twice. The faucet in the bath/shower didn’t work well either. One sink. The room had a musty smell in MY opinion. One tiny sofa that could not fit two people. It was honestly just ok. I would not return. We were going to try the Paperback restaurant but there was never anyone dining in. Coffee shop made a great Chai Latte though. Overall I’ll give it a 5/10.

The Hyatt Regency Cambridge is a very nice place. Comfortable bed and sofa, safe shower. Great view overlooking the river. Right on the walk/bicycle path. Beautiful area. College convenient. Cafe and restaurant are good and provide room service. Plenty of lobby seating.

Hotel is excellent , great service. Unfortunately nothing worked in our room. The hotel had an issue with WiFi, didn’t work the first 24 hours. Also the safe was broken, needed to call repair man twice (wife had jewelry). Finally our soap dispenser in the shower was out of soap. Having to use a tiny bar of soap with 3 people for 2 days.

Amazing Hotel and Location

The hotel was awesome. I couldn’t give 5 stars because they didn’t have Wi-Fi with internet access. This caused me significant inconvenience. That said everything else about the place was outstanding.

Upon check in as a birthday overnight we received a king room on the ninth floor, which was nice. Apparently the toilet was broken. I called downstairs. Someone came up attempted to fix it. They Left after 15 minutes and it was still broken. Also my shower towel had two huge holes in it the other towels were also worn out. On our way out to dinner, I spoke with Robert at the front desk. He seemed very concerned and apologized for all the snafus he was going to make it right well we got back the toilet was still broken. Upon check out a very uninterested person, who seemed to disregarded anything I had to say about our displeasure, waved us off. I would not recommend staying here.
