Histórico y encantador 3 - Brownstone nivel !!

Ubicado en el barrio más antiguo de Boston, este 4 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños de piedra rojiza llena de historia y encanto en una calle tranquila y arbolada. A poca distancia de la Bunker Hill Monument, La U. S. S. Constitución en el astillero de la Armada, restaurantes, Whole Foods, Little Italy, Faneuil Hall y el transporte público (parada de autobús está a 1 minutos a pie), la ciudad está a su alcance.

Los 2500 pies cuadrados de piedra rojiza se abre a una gran entrada, y sigue una habitación grande con estilo de estar, comedor con mesa para 8 personas, sala de polvo, y una cocina completamente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos, incluyendo un horno doble, y encimeras de granito. La cocina se abre a una terraza privada con un patio rodeado por un verde paisaje.

El segundo piso cuenta con un dormitorio principal de lujo con un colchón Temperpedic Rey, un cuarto de baño con jacuzzi y ducha de pie. También hay una sala de lavandería con lavadora nueva y secadora.

La 3 ª planta dispone de 3 dormitorios, uno con una cama de matrimonio, una con una cama doble y otra con un doble con un nido que se saca a otra cama doble. Hay una sala de estar en la 3ª planta, que podría ser utilizado para dormir 2 más en el tamaño completo futón / tumbona. Un baño completo completa la 3ª planta.

WIFI y por cable están incluidos. Cocina ofrece la máquina Keurig y máquina Nespresso (un poco de café K Copas incluido).

The home in Charlestown exceeded expectations. Location was great and the house was perfect for a girl’s weekend in Boston - we were surrounded by Boston charm. Home is lovely and Kate is a wonderful and responsive host. Hope to visit again!

The location couldn’t be better. Beautiful neighborhood community with quaint local restaurants and coffee shops and a surprising number of locals pushing strollers or out walking dogs. Only a 30 minute walk to downtown and famous historic sites or a quick 10 minute UBER ride. The residence was very nice! It is registered with the historical Society and they kept many of the older features with some modern upgrades.We will definitely be staying here during our next trip to Boston!

Great townhouse in Charlestown, close to everything. Great location to enjoy Boston. Plenty of room, responsive hosts and very clean house. Nice back yard too.. Would stay again. Highly recommended.

Great stay in Charlestown

We stayed for a week with extended family to celebrate Thanksgiving in Boston. This property was great! We served many big meals, had a very well equipped kitchen. One thing to note is the upstairs room with the futon in it is a pass-through room that two other bedrooms open into, we had a teenager sleeping in there, and it was fine, but not much privacy. Compared to many other Boston properties, the stairs are not too steep, and not too narrow, which was great for my in-laws. Would love to stay again!

I feel like the description of the location was somewhat misleading. The street and neighborhood was not so central, but nice. It is a nice house, although kitchen and upstairs bathroom floors could use some cleaning. Stairway carpets smell a little, perhaps there are pets there. All in all it was a good family moment and the host was super nice. However, VRBO overcharged us.

Beautiful home and great location if not parking a vehicle

Property host was very accommodating once we realized it was not the right fit for our large family driving a suburban Better fit for group without a vehicle planning to use public transportation or Uber. Home was beautiful and clean and host was very good to deal with.

Great for Entire Family in town for Graduation!

This property was large, comfortable, and charming enough to house my husband, son, mother, mother-in-law, and myself while we were in town to attend our daughter's extensive graduation activities. The neighborhood was quiet. The house is very well stocked with kitchen items, linens, and laundry items. The property owner is attentive, responsive, and gives great advice. What you see in the pictures is very accurate. If anyone in your family has an issue with stairs, you might want to give some consideration to the fact that one flight of stairs is required to access the master bedroom and a second flight of stairs is required to access the remaining bedrooms. Also, consider that at least one pull-out bed is available in the 1st floor living room area. You will see a lot of comments about limited parking. I will only say that this was a very small issue for us, given all the other benefits. We discussed ideas with the property owner and we were able to manage two cars. My entire family was quite pleased with this property. 5 Stars all the way.

Awesome stay!

Came here with 5 buddies to explore Boston for the first time and this place was perfect for our size group. The house is spacious and clean and the neighborhood is nice and chill. Kate was a great host and super accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The space is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. There is plenty of space throughout the home. The beds are comfortable. Great location to enjoy Charlestown and can easily access downtown Boston.

Reunion

To celebrate our 60th birthdays and reunite after 35 years, 7 college roommates gathered to rekindle our friendship. The “best” part of the house, for us, was the large dining room/table where we spent hours over coffee and later champagne! The rain storm kept us inside which turned out to be cozy and warm and full of fun but the deck and garden seating would be wonderful in warm sunny weather! When we did venture out, we could walk to or Uber close by. Parking was not an issue thanks to a close parking garage and local business closed on weekends. We had everything we needed from comfy beds to thirsty towels and enjoyed the tasteful decor that was so welcoming. Kate was available by text for the few questions we did have and checked in by phone before our arrival to ensure we had what we needed.

Amazing Staycation

Just plain awesome

Kate was awesome through and through. From letting us check-in early, to the place being bigger and nicer than the pictures indicated, everything was perfect. We even decided we didn't need a car and just used public transit. Thanks!

Great property with great low-key location

Relatively secluded property, quiet (narrow!) street, short walk to the T and also shops, grocery store. Basketball court (outdoor) nearby! Kathryn was attentive as needed, though we admittedly were without a means of getting into the property for awhile when we arrived --- in hindsight, not a big deal but stressful at the time. Three floors, so if you're not good going up/down stairs, you might look for another place. Thanks for the hospitality, Kathryn!

Long Weekend

This location is excellent! Owner was very responsive when things were not as described in listing. Overall would stay again due to owners response to issues. The home was beautiful, location was incredible only issue was cleaning staff and landscapers did not do what they were expected too.

FALL GET AWAY IN COLONIAL CHARLESTOWN

Everything was great. Your home worked perfectly for the group of 6 we had staying there. Beautifully furnished and kitchen well appointed. We alternated Ubering and walking back and forth to and from the North End. We were pleasantly surprised at how close it was.. I had been to Boston many times (my daughter went to school there), but had never spent any time in Charlestown. What a charming neighborhood. Clean. Safe. Friendly. Picturesque. We frequented the Warren Tavern and Monument. Best of all, we dodged the predicted rain and had perfect sunny fall New England weather. Overall a great experience. Thank you for sharing your home.
