Heater didn't work, freezing room. Small room. Door handle broken, shower handles broken. Something bit me. Gross. Slow bar staff (like 15min to wait). Rather stay in a Motel 6.

Everything was clean and comfortable right next to Riverside station hotel parking is reasonable one hour T into the city. Staff were very polite and one of another way to make sure guests were happy.

They charge me fee because I checked in att 11 am , I traveled all over the world and stayed in May hotels , but it was first time I see such a stupid rule . They should put their rules in the booking list , stuff was rude , I don’t think you want to stay there anymore .

We booked this because of the proximity to the T. Had tickets to a show at the Wang Theater. Walked down the hill and on to the T and the same coming back. workred out great. Was a little disappointed with breakfast cold eggs and over done bacon.

Check in was a nightmare the staff told me I had no reservation we debated it for 20 minutes till they finally found my reservation after being in the car for 5 hours I was ready to sleep in my car in their parking lot not very happy with this place

All excellent. Location was easy access to Babson Collegee and Boston University.

Stay there often! Management is good and rooms are roomy!

Nice location. Front desk staff helpful, professional. No gift shop or snacks, no dining nearby, no room service or at least no room service menu. no breakfast included, housekeeping not too attentive to cleaning details,

Great location and friendly staff, but cleanliness needs improvement and the property is in desperate need of updating.

Didn’t like that I had to pay an extra 50$ for pool after I already had just paid 230$ for a room. Very upset.

They have a very nice restaurant and pool area. The location is great.

Worst experience here; 2nd time in this hotel but will never go back. Pool and a lot of amenities such as parking but they rent them out to public! No space in the pool for the guests during peek hours since they sell tickets to public! Same for parking. Very poor conditions in general, bathroom very small and broken faucet or toilet. The housekeeping is terrible, either forget to put the towel or soaps or shampoo or even coffee. We stayed four nights and this repeats every day. Upon calling the front desk, the manage told us they provide coffee for the first night only! So you are supposed to find a store that sells that special k-cup that fits their coffee maker if you want to stay more and do more business with the hotel! Wrong Managment and busnieee mindset when it comes to customer satisfaction and relationship. When we questioned the staff about providing chair at the pool to use, we were told this is a first come first served! The first comers are of course the public who pay to use the pool! Resturant was another bad experience with rude staff and long waiting to get something ordered or served.

The pool was very over crowded and some of the visitors were very rude.

We had high expectations going to the hotel but the pool was closed for a private event (understandable) but our room was right above the pool which had a dj until 11 or 12. The shower had what I think was red mold or something along most of the floor, the staff walked in on us by accident without knocking. The front desk said there was nothing they could do for for us because we had prepaid via 3rd party. What was supposed to be a quiet relaxing anniversary night with my pregnant wife could have been better.

We apologize about your experience, however 11 AM is outside of check-in period which is 4 PM. In the future we can try to accommodate you the best we can pending occupancy with a call prior to your arrival.

We due apologize for that check in experience, the reason for not finding your reservation was that it was made with your first name as your last name. It was only 3 minutes of waiting but we do apologize for the inconvenience. We are also very happy you didn't have to resort to sleeping in you car as well.
