Staff was not responding. We waited in the airport for hotel shuttle and no shuttle coming. We had to take taxi to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel via taxi, waited for a longtime, the front desk did not say anything, long line waiting for check in without any explanation for why we had to wait for long time and no pick up from the Boston Logan airport.

One hotel’s elevator wasn’t working which made the waiting long! The food was good, there was a lot of people and the staff was a little overwhelm not prepared to give enough food, the try kept been empty! We didn’t use the airport shuttle thinking they weren’t running @1:30am when we landed!

The staff were amazing. I was there -- unexpectedly -- because my flights were cancelled during the huge snowstorm of February 22-24. They were caring, cheerful, efficient and personable. I couldn't have asked for a better place to be stranded or a better group of people to be stranded with.

Pool hot tub out, no notice on the site. No towels at the pool, when they check you in they could care less about your status with their reward club - loyalty, computer at business area doesn’t work, price gouging on the snacks- $7 for a candy bar , $4 for a 20 oz soda…not acceptable. Breakfast BLAHHHH same stuff everyday , not that great unfortunately

Room was clean but the floor was dirty, breakfast was 10/10 with the red velvet waffle mix and whipped cream and fruits. I meet a lady who was kind and very helpful, her name is Marina. Personal wasn’t as nice to say but this lady was so for that I leave my 5 start. I didn’t had the chance to use the pool but I’m sure was nice.
