Charles, at the front desk, welcomed me in with great energy and made me feel right at home. Travel themed interior design was cool and a nice upgrade from the typical airport hotel; my gf would describe it as “cute.” The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Thermostat worked flawlessly. Water pressure and high-end pump action soaps in the shower were on point. Will definitely be back!

This place is a great place to crash for the night and super accessible to any part of Boston. My only gripe is the front desk staff doesn’t have the best customer service skills…. Our fridge in our room was broken and ruined 85 dollars of food. Over all 5/5 for cleanliness and comfort but the staff can do better.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The room was alright but the entire experience was awful. First off, Expedia didn’t ever send a confirmation, but charged me. Got to the hotel and they didn’t have any reservation (never using Expedia again!) The staff here was not helpful or pleasant. Expedia said booking thru them gives me free parking, not the case, I was charged 20 for the night BUT their parking lot doesn’t hold the amount of cars for how many rooms they have, so I ended up having to park across the street on the street. Told the front desk and they said it is non refundable. On top of all that, there was a party in the room next to ours and you can hear every whisper from the rooms next to yours, outside, etc. DO NOT STAY HERE!
