Convenience to Boston. Best breakfast 6am but you can squeeze 5:50am. Almost in lobby. In and out fast.

Convenient to Boston. Great breakfast. very comfortable room.

From picking us up at the airport to breakfast the next morning, these folks shine. Kudos to the young lady driving the van in impossible traffic and helping us get supper as well as Elicia who is always right on top of everything! Great staff!

helpful stuff , good breakfast , comfortable beds , good location , satisfactory shuttle service to closes train. the shower head's water pressure too weak

Old, crappy, dirty and 30 minutes to make check in

Average Gyn was under cistruction . Sheet rockers left in there and the smell made it unbearable to work iut

Staff was helpful when needed breakfast was good and nice to have to start the day

Location is good. Front desk staff very friendly. Cleanliness was sub par. The T goes right by the hotel so it is loud. If you are not a very sound sleeper this will be a problem. Seedy characters camped out front of the hotel each night smoking drinking loud.

This hotel was terrible. We had to switch ask to switch rooms 3 times due to every room smelling like cigarette smoke even though they have signs everywhere claiming they are a smoke-free environment. The hotel staff was rude claiming "they didn't smell anything" even though they had a UV machine out in the hallway that apparently gets rid of cigarette smoke smell. There was also a film of some sort (probably due to smoke) over the windows. My husband and I both suffer from asthma so it was a very uncomfortable stay. There were also stains on the bedspread and the "free cable" was garbage as every station was static. The neighborhood was also less than desirable and didn't feel very safe. I feel like the reviews of this hotel were very misleading and for an outrageous price of $300/night (Boston is VERY expensive) we were very disappointed.

This hotel is outside of downtown, but has a shuttle to & from the metro station & airport. Clean rooms & good breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Older hotel, but overall good.

The only complaint I have is that one of the elevators was not working. Everything else was good.

Shuttle amazing Everyone friendly Breakfast good Not much more to say if you are here for convention best place

Decent. Nice shuttle driver and front desk staff. Breakfast had many choices.

MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL WAS VERY GOOD. I WAS IN BOSTON FOR MY FAMILY FUNNERAL AND THE HOTEL WAS CLOSE TO THE FUNNERAL HOME. THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN, THE STAFF WAS VERY FRINDLY AND HELPFULL. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND VERY COMFORTABLE. THE FOOD FOR BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND PARKING WAS ALSO GOOD.

Shuttle picked me up 30 minutes after I phoned the hotel to tell them I'd arrived. Hotel underwhelmed in appearance and the lobby smelled of salty urine. The manager left the desk as I walked in (he'd seen me though) and went to some back room. Then a man with guns on came in and walked behind the counter but did not offer to help me check in. The manager came back and helped other customers but seemed in no hurry to check me in even though I'd been waiting. After I checked in, I found the rest of the hotel is locked off from the lobby, which made me think I was in a dangerous neighborhood. The man with the guns also made me feel very unsafe. My room took 3 attempts of the card key before it opened, and I entered into the heavy smell of stale sweat, as if I was at a school gym. The internet was terrible, taking 15 minutes of attempts before I could finally connect, and then it was so slow that I could barely even sync my email. The beds were old and soft, and I could easily feel the springs sticking through. The pillows were okay. I had a lot of difficulty sleeping as it was uncomfortable, smelly, and the hotel did not seem safe. The breakfast, however, was pretty good.

Room temperature was at ~60F after heat was on to 90F for 4 hours. Morning breakfast experience: anyone from anywhere inside or outside hotel can use breakfast Room design: sink randomly built outside bathroom

Was thrown out of hotel by security office on duty for what he believed someone else may have seen. Was later apologized to by hotel management. The head of the security company did an investigation and apologized to me and said they change the policy was changed to say that security can not throw people out of the hotel. No one has reimbursed us for the money we prepaid. The security officer was both threatening and menacing in how he handled the matter - the threatened arrest, tried to coerce a confession to something that never occurred. From the head of the security company, I was told that there are not security cameras on the outside of this hotel - so BEWARE. And ... oh yes ... we tried to get Orbitz to help us get our money back - they said they had to get the management to get out money back.

We happily spent the night in a very clean room. The door does let in a lot of hall noise. Luckily the other guests were fairly quiet. Large choice for breakfast available at 6 am, as advertised.

Was a great location to take Uber rides into the city. Not to far, therefore not real expensive. Staff was very nice. We were there for 3 nights. Had a room close to the lobby on the main floor. Was nice to have that location in the hotel since we were there multiple nights.
