The overall layout is great - especially the free-standing casitas with private pools. Also, the star gazing area, which is kept darker than the rest of the property, is a really nice touch. Great time had by all. Nice simple breakfast spread as well. Easy access to all the local spots and hiking trails.

We booked the room due to the rate...we had no idea it was a 2 hr drive to San Diego. The room was ok, temperature wise, but we were given a fan to circulate the air. The room was large and comfy. The owners went out of their way to make us enjoy our stay.
