This is a great resort. Although large, it has a much smaller feel due to the number of casita clusters spread throughout the property. Lots of activities both on site like the tennis facilities, fitness centre and spa and throughout the Palm Desert area. BUT, the walls between units are paper thin and we found it difficult to get a good night sleep. We could even hear people in the next casita sneezing! For that reason, we’re not likely to return.

This is a beautiful property. There are 41 climate controlled pools on site. The spa villa room we stayed in was spacious yet cozy. The restaurants were delicious. I went to yoga one morning and was so happy to have a place to practice.

The property itself was absolutely beautiful! The only issue is it’s extremely expensive and built like a labyrinth. Even with a map, it took us an hour to find our room. We couldn’t park right next to the room, And as we were going through the corridors, It was real easy to miss a turn, and the rooms and entrances into the rooms were not marked very well at all. Anytime I’ve gone to a five star hotel like this before I’ve always had a bellman guide us to the room. That did not happen here and it led to quite a bit of confusion and wasted time dragging our luggage all around the property. Since we couldn’t park near our room, there’s quite a bit of a walk back-and-forth to the car. The property itself is stunning, The rooms are OK.

We have stayed at The LaQuinta Resort many times and love being there!! It is a wonderful place to go and relax. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. The landscaping is stunning and beautifully cared for. The resort is quite large but you never get the feeling that there are many people around. It always feels peaceful a quiet.

Love in La Quinta

We loved staying here! The rooms are clean and comfortable (pet-friendly a plus) and the grounds are beautiful. We had plenty of things to do and restaurant options on property so we never left! Also hit the spa this trip, which was much needed and a super beautiful space to relax in. We will be back!
