Fairer Preis - gute Lage

Gute Lage und 3 SupermĂ€rkte auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar, dafĂŒr hört man jedoch stets den Autoverkehr dezent. Nachts ist es aber relativ ruhig. Die Unterkunft war ordentlich und aufgerĂ€umt, die Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Etwas ungenau war die Beschreibung - die zwei Einzelbetten sind in einem komplett separaten Bereich mit eigenem Bad, der nur ĂŒber eine AußentĂŒr zu erreichen ist - mit drei kleineren Kindern haben wir somit das Zimmer mit der Schlafcouch zum Bettenlager fĂŒr unsere 3 umfunktionieren mĂŒssen.Die ĂŒberall in SĂŒdeuropa gut vertretene Spezies Ratte, die somit auch in Bormes-les-Mimosas unterwegs ist, hat leider einen Abgesandten damit beauftragt, sich Zugang zu einem Rollokasten zu verschaffen, was uns fĂŒr eine Nacht einige Stunden den Schlaf raubte. Direkt im Haus war kein Nager unterwegs. All in all: Absolut fair und in Ordnung! Wer mehr möchte, muss i.d.R. wesentlich mehr bezahlen! Und das tĂ€gliche FrĂŒhstĂŒck auf der Terrasse, mit frischen Croissants und Baguette, bei bestem Wetter, war wunderbar.

A nice little cottage...but...

We spontaneously arrived as a family with two children for 7 days. A crucial criterion for us was to have 3 bedrooms, which was also offered in the advertisement, but does not correspond to the actual situation on site. One of the rooms had a separate entrance and didn't really belong to the living area, the second one was a separated space from the living room with a fold-out couch. The kitchen is very well-equipped and in impeccable condition. The outdoor area is as described, not visible from outside, and an outdoor shower is available. We enjoyed life on the large terrace. All in all, we were content with the hospitality and the property, even though the advertisement raises different expectations. And yes, it was hot. Air conditioning would benefit this house; it cools down with open windows, but one gets bothered by mosquitoes.Similarly contrary to the advertisement, no one understood me in English or German :-)

climatisation essentielle

il n y a pas de climatisation et la maison est un four Ă  cause des baies vitrees de la veranda plein sud sans ombre, le proprietaire devrait installer la climatisation c est une priorite absolue surtout l ete!!

La location est bien située et au calme. Ménage à revoir, équipement de la maison complétement dépassé, pas de wifi, pas de clim.. Une personne passe n'importe quand pour s'occuper du jardin et sans prévenir.

Des travaux de rénovation ont été réalisés dans cette maison, il y avait de la poussiÚre de plùtre dans le micro ondes, sur la vaisselle ... 30 minutes pour trouver l'emplacement de la maison car numérotation de la rue incohérente, et forfait ménage exhorbitant à ....un comble !

Emplacement parfait pour tout faire a pieds. Nous Ă©tions avec 2 jeunes adultes qui ont pu rentrer seules le soir sans aucun souci. Quartier calme. Jardin trĂšs agrĂ©able. Le studio indĂ©pendant est un vĂ©ritable plus. Bon rapport qualitĂ© prix pour cette maison sans prĂ©tention mais parfaite pour des vacances reposantes. Tres bon contact avec la propriĂ©taire. Quelques petites choses qui pourraient ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©es. (Peu de rangements dans la cuisine. Four difficile Ă  utiliser car fait sauter le compteur) Juste la mauvaise surprise au dernier moment sur le prix du forfait mĂ©nage que je trouve excessif vu la surface de la.maison.

Parfaite vacances à 10mn des plus belles plages, terrasse ombragée, sans vis-vis, au calme

TrĂšs bon rapport qualitĂ© prix pour ceux qui comme nous souhaitent Ă©viter les foules et ne pas souffrir de la chaleur dans un appartement. Du levĂ© jusqu'au couchĂ© nous profitons de la terrasse ombragĂ©e et du jardin luxuriant. La journĂ©e commence par un petit dĂ©jeuner sous les chĂȘnes suivi 10mn aprĂšs d'une baignade Ă  Cabasson ou Ă  l'Estagnol ou Ă  CavaliĂšres ou Ă  la FaviĂšres ou au Lavandou ou ST Tropez mais lĂ  c'est un petit peu plus loin. Il n'y a que l'embarras du choix! Une excursion dans les iles du Levant, Port Cros et Porquerolles est vivement recommandĂ©e. N'oubliez pas vos masques!!! C'est un vĂ©ritable aquarium. Pour les courses, tout peut se faire Ă  pied. Carrefour market, la boulangerie, Picard, la Fnac sont Ă  5mn de marche. DĂ©jeuner et sieste de nouveau sur la terrasse se suivront Ă  l'heure de la pause entre deux baignades. La journĂ©e se finie en dinant au frais sur la terrasse avec un bon barbecue ou les Pizza siciliennes de Chez Sylvia Ă  une minute. Le jardin est trĂšs bien entretenu par le jardinier. On peut garer plusieurs voitures dans la propriĂ©tĂ©. Nos petits chiens et nos petits enfants se sont sentis en sĂ©curitĂ© comme la propriĂ©tĂ© est entiĂšrement close. Le propriĂ©taire a fait de nombreuses rĂ©novations qui n'ont plus rien Ă  voir avec les commentaires des prĂ©cĂ©dents locataires. Bien aĂ©rĂ©e, les volets en bĂąillonnette, la maison garde sa fraicheur. C'est une occasion Ă  na pas manquer avant que le propriĂ©taire n'augmente les prix. merci pour ces belles vacance!

Propriété bien située mais aménagement intérieur à revoir.

Dans une rĂ©gion oĂč les tempĂ©ratures sont Ă©levĂ©es en Ă©tĂ©, la salle de bain/ toilettes ne s'ouvre pas sur l'extĂ©rieur( le par - douche bloque la fenĂȘtre) ainsi que la chambre d'enfants ,dont la fenĂȘtre donne sur la vĂ©randa Ă  baies coulissantes situĂ©e plein sud, qui est une vraie fournaise. MalgrĂ© l'ouverture en soirĂ©e de l'ensemble des portes et fenĂȘtres de la maison, la chaleur ne peut s'Ă©vacuer et il est difficile de bien dormir la nuit! Des travaux sont indispensables pour amĂ©liorer cette situation!
