This bright 45sqm apartment, renovated with much love, is located on the first floor and can accommodate 2 to 3 people. The living-dining room is spacious with 28sqm and invites you to relax with the modern kitchen, the dining table and the comfortable corner couch. The bright bedroom is equipped with a ca. 58cm high comfort double bed with viscoelastic topper for maximum sleeping comfort. In the walk-in closet you have space for your wardrobe. In addition, you also have the opportunity to take off the couch to a bed of 150 x 200 cm.
The modern bathroom has a flat shower tray, a mirror cabinet and a towel dryer. A shower chair is also available.
In the generously maintained garden you will find a terrace with garden furniture to relax.
For the youngest guests we offer a travel cot, a high chair or a booster seat for free.
This holiday home is still home to the holiday apartments Gloria, Regina and in the garden the Stella.

Geschmackvoll und komplett eingerichtete Wohnung

Die Lage des Hauses ist nicht weit vom Strand und der Promenade / dem Zentrum. Es handelt sich um eine Dachgeschoßwohnung, die geschmackvoll und komplett eingerichtet ist. Bis auf einen Raum war sie auch sehr sauber. Im Schlafzimmer und dem dort befindlichen begehbaren Einbauschrank lagen Staubflocken auf dem Fußboden, was aber mit Hilfe des guten Staubsaugers in 5 Minuten erledigt war. Kein Problem. Die Betten fanden wir sehr weich. Das ist aber sicher Geschmacksache. Wir sind hĂ€rtere Betten gewöhnt. Das Bad ist modern eingerichtet mit einer sehr angenehmen Dusche. Sehr schön ist auch der Gartenbereich mit Terrasse, Gartenmöbeln und ĂŒberdachter Abstellmöglichkeit fĂŒr FahrrĂ€der. Bei der Genauigkeit des Online-Inserats haben wir aus folgendem Grund nur 4 Sterne vergeben. Bei unserer Buchung war noch angegeben, daß Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus vorhanden seien. Auch in dem ausliegenden Prospekt wird dies erwĂ€hnt. Schilder an den betreffenden Stellen weisen aber darauf hin, daß dies nicht erlaubt bzw. nur zum Be- und Entladen erlaubt ist. Man ist also gezwungen entgegen den ursprĂŒnglichen Angaben auf einem der großen öffentlichen ParkplĂ€tze sein Auto kostenplichtig abzustellen, worauf wir auch freundlich aber bestimmt von dem zustĂ€ndigen Verwalter hingewiesen wurden. Man sollte dies jedenfalls wissen. Die casa mia ist uneingeschrĂ€nkt zu empfehlen. Wir wĂŒrden gerne wieder dort wohnen, falls wir noch einmal auf Borkum Urlaub machen sollten.

Ideal fĂŒr Urlaub mit Hund

Sehr schöne & praktische Wohnung zwischen Oststrand und Stadtzentrum , beides in ca. 10 / 15 Min. erreichbar. Idealer Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr lange Strand- und DĂŒnenwanderungen (aber kein klassischer Badestrand, der liegt mehr am Zentrum). Sehr gute & nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Alles gut geregelt und organisiert. FĂŒr uns sicher nicht der letzte Besuch. Handicap fĂŒr Borkum sind die begrenzten FĂ€hrkapazitĂ€ten, wer mit dem Auto rĂŒber möchte sollte sich sehr frĂŒh darum kĂŒmmern / buchen.

Eine schöne Zeit auf Borkum.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Leider lag sie etwas weiter ab vom Ortskern und vom Strand, aber eine Busverbindung und ein gut sortierter Lebensmittelladen sowie Restaurant waren NĂ€he bei. Die Insel hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die Wohnung war okay und sauber, aber zu teuer fĂŒr die Einrichtung.Rollo im Schlafzimmer sollte ausgetauscht werden, weil es nur schwergĂ€ngig zu bedienen war. Die DuschtĂŒr war nicht mehr ganz in Ordnung. Die Gartenterasse ist sehr schön gewesen. Die Putzfrauen kamen am Abreisetag um ca. 08:45 unangemeldet in die Wohnung. Um 10 Uhr war Check Out. Anklopfen wĂ€re angesagt. Zum GlĂŒck saßen wir beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck. Es gibt schönere Ecken auf Borkum aber insgesamt war die Wohnung in Ordnung und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten selten eine so gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung: bequeme Betten, Spiegelschrank, SpĂŒlmaschine, Backofen, gute Pfannen,.... der Garten ist sich sehr schön angelegt, die Waschmaschine, die mitgebetet werden kann ist sehr praktisch. Da das Haus etwas am Dorfrand liegt sind FahrrĂ€der eigentlich ein muss, ansonsten ist der Strand, Supermarkt,... ein lĂ€ngerer Ausflug. Wir haben uns aber sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Man hat fast Alles, was man braucht

1) Ein Aufzug wĂ€re nicht verkehrt, denn man ist ja schwer bepackt. 2) Der Lichtschalter des Badezimmers gehört eigentlich ins Badezimmer. Sonst habe ich keine Kontrolle ĂŒber das Licht. 3) Der extern untergebrachte MĂŒlleimer sollte eigentlich praktischer sein und per Fuss bedienbar sein. 4) Wir sind im Dunkeln und KĂ€lte angekommen: Hier haben wir eine persönliche Kontaktaufnahme vermisst. Z. B. die Sache mit dem SchlĂŒssel im Safe etc. sind fĂŒr den Vermieter einfache und banale Sachen. Aber fĂŒr den Aussenstehenden sind ganz fremd. Insbesondere dann, wenn dazu noch die KĂ€lte und die Dunkelheit sich gesellen.
