It is the house of sebea (10-12 people) and the house KATALPA (6-8 people), each with a large garden and a heated swimming pool, whose two gardens communicate and which allows you to rent in large group of 8-20 people, benefiting from a garden of over 3000 m2, and two large heated swimming pools for the exclusive use of your group.
The district is calm, in the countryside, you can thus alternate the days beaches, the days in the peace with the swimming pool and garden, the discoveries of bordeaux or dordogne.
You benefit from two ping pong tables, a pool table, table football, children's games, televisions and home cinema.
The beds are modular, it can be either single beds or double beds distributed in 8 rooms!
You are 20 minutes from Bordeaux and 45 minutes from the beaches of Arcachon Bay or the ocean beaches.
