From the time we arrived to our departure, the attention to detail on how everything was organized and planned by resort staff was what stood out. Rooms were super clean, the grounds were immaculate, and staff did everything they could to accommodate and assist. We stayed over Christmas, and the resort had Santa arrive on a boat to deliver presents to the kids on the beach which was a great time. Thanks again Intercontinental!

A comfortable stay at the intercontinental thalasso only complaint is they weren’t willing to give a late checkout even though they knew we had a 14:15 private boat transfer booked with them. we eventually got a 12 checkout as I had a spa appointment booked and would have cancelled it as no way I could have bags ready for their 10:40 am time . We also stayed at thalasso for lunch spending even more money . The st Regis was so accommodating in every way and treated us like royalty there was a huge difference

This has been one of our best luxury hotel experiences; the property is beautiful, with excellent food options. The overwater bungalows are pure luxury and room service is excellent. To top it off, the Staff was phenomenal- everyone was very nice, friendly and helpful which enhanced our stay!

The property was beautiful. I wish we would have had more time to explore. There were things I didn't even know existed until after we left. Was extremely unhappy with the staff upon our departure. Our flight was canceled and we were booked on another airline which I confirmed before noon. I then called the front desk to confirm what time I needed to be at the dock to head back to the airport. A few hours later, the staff came frantically looking for us to head to the dock about 90 minutes before I was told, leaving us 50 minutes to finish packing and get ready. I assured them, I knew what my departure time was at the airport and they argued with me. They said it was different and basically forced us to leave earlier than scheduled. Horrible experience with such a long flight ahead of us and no time to get ready. And of course, we sat in the unconditioned airport in bora bora for over two hours already feeling disgusting.
