Custom woodwork throughout, 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, open great room with dining and kitchen for easy entertainment. Beautifully landscaped yard with fire pit and lovely flowers. Just minutes to Downtown Boone and ASU, yet on this property, you feel secluded and private.

This home is pet friendly with a one-time, nonrefundable pet fee. This fee is not part of your VRBO total quote even if you indicate you are bringing a pet, since our VRBO is integrated with other sites and doesn't automatically add the charge. If you are bringing a pet, we will add your pet fee to your second half closer to the time of your arrival.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Pet friendly. Anderson realty personnel were very helpful. It is a remote property, but once we found the best way in and out, it was nice to be away from crowds. The only reason we gave it a 4 star instead of 5 was because we were not told there was no mail box at the property and our mail got messes up.
