Experiência ruim em Bonito

O colchão tinha uma fissura no meio, deixando tudo desconfortável. A água do banho vazava para fora do box, encharcando todo o banheiro. A comida do café era bem mais ou menos, a reposição era lenta. O room service nao trocava as toalhas, nem mesmo arrumava a cama todos os dias, apesar de solicitado inúmeras vezes. A descarga da privada não funcionava bem também.

즐거운 보니또 여행

전체적으로 시설이 깔끔하고, 조식 괜찮았어요~ 직원들도 친절하고, 탁구대, 당구대 등 시설 이용도 좋았어요. 아이들이 수영장도 좋아했는데.. 수영장 물이 깨끗하지는 않앗어요~

Quarto com cheiro forte de ácaros (tive que dormir com máscara), banheiro com mofo na área de banho, colchão extremamente mole que dava dor nas costas, isolamento acústico ruim, café da manhã com opções de baixa qualidade (normalmente a única proteína era carne de porco). A localização é boa, fica 3 quadras da principal, o café da manhã é muito bom e tem lanches a tarde. Tivemos problemas com o chuveiro - nos deram um quarto que sabiam que estava com problemas no aquecimento e só nos trocaram de quarto quando pedimos. A limpeza é ok. De forma geral satisfeita com minha estadia

Ótima hospedagem, apesar da cama de casal

Não há o que falar do hotel, muito organizado, limpo e moderno. Fomos bem recebidos, com check in até mesmo antes do horário. Único ponto que destaco é que a cama de casal começa a fazer um buraco no meio, um pouco incomodo para o casal.

Hotel lindo, atendimento maravilhoso dos atendentes, recepção maravilhosa, apesar de terem esquecido meus brindes de checkin e minhas amigas receberam. Muito solícitos a tudo. Únicos pontos a ressaltar são que a minha cama de casal eram duas de solteiro juntas, então acaba que fica um pouco desconfortável para dormir, porque inevitavelmente a cama vai abrindo e da pra sentir o meio das duas camas. Outro ponto é que chegamos e tinham limpado nosso quarto, não perguntaram e nem tinha plaquinha pra que pudéssemos dizer se queríamos ou não. Recomendo ter, eu particularmente não gosto que entrem sem meu consentimento, e isso tem um motivo…mas enfim.

Não consegui dormir

Infelizmente não foi uma experiencia boa, me colocaram em um quarta no corredor do hall de entrada e o quarto não tem isolamento acústico e dá para escutar todos os barulhos possíveis, em uma das noites as 4h00 da manhã chegou um grupo bem grande e além de já ter dificuldade para dormir por escutar todos os barulhos colocaram o grupo em dois quartos do lado do meu para se arrumarem para um passeio e ai não consegui mais dormir, solicitei para trocar de quarta e nada fizeram para me ajudar, nem para pedir silencio aos hospedes... Além disso o chuveiro é muito fraco e ruim de regular a temperatura.

Uma decepção

Infelizmente tive uma péssima experiência no Selina para começar chegamos no quarto não tinha nem toalhas tivemos que pedir na recepção, depois a descarga disparou e não parava de jorrar água pedimos na recepção pra alguém verificar enquanto ficamos fora para nossa surpresa e quando voltou ainda estava estragada solicitamos de novo a recepcionista que foi até ao quarto e nos ajudou… O banheiro não tinha boxe fechado e ficou um poça d’água no banheiro enquanto ficamos lá horrível não tinha nem um pano pra secar , nesse período que nós hospedamos não teve serviço de quarto e o café da manhã era só tinha pão e frios praticamente… Não voltaria jamais
