This house was spacious and amazing! We had 11 people, 4 of which were couples, since 3 of our kids recently got married. Each couple had a room: there were 2 queen rooms (one was a master suite), 1 king, and 1 double. Then our 2 boys stayed in a room with 4 twins (which is off of the master suite but you can lock the door), and our daughter stayed in the office/work out room in a cute little bed (smaller than a twin). The only way to access one of the bathrooms was either through the office or through the room with a double bed, so keep that in mind if you have someone sleeping in the office. The outside hang out area was amazing, as was the hot tub/lap pool. It's huge! We were able to use 2 kayaks which was fun...it was a bit awkward getting them through a narrow passageway on the side of the house and down into the water and later putting them back. The water was low so that probably didn't help. It was worth it though to kayak down to the bay, and our whole group did it at different times. The host met us for check-in which I have never had before, but she wants to show you things all over the house and outside. We appreciated the amount of towels they had for showers and the hot tub. And many enjoyed playing pool or darts. It is a well thought out place for large groups!
