The house and location were absolutely amazing. We celebrated my husband’s birthday with my two daughters and their families ( children 5,3,11/2 and 7 months). The house was perfect. Gorgeous outdoor space and literally on the beach. The kids could play on the beach or pool and come up for lunch or dinner easily. The views and sunsets were spectacular. The houses in Bonita Springs all seem to be built up 20 stairs from the driveway to the front door so you should be aware of the steps. Most of the bedrooms are on the 2nd and Third floors. I cannot say enough about Crissy! She accommodated every request we had with a smile. She and her team were incredibly responsive and made the stay so comfortable. We all loved the house and had the most wonderful vacation.

The house was well kept and contained everything we needed. It's very nice and well maintained. The only thing i was surprised about was that we could not use the garage or that whole level of the garage. I had expedted to be able to put my rental car in. it wasn't a big inconvenience but I haven't seen that before. The host was great and attentive. We didn't get our lock code until we arrived and asked for it... that may be because we booked the day before. Anyway, thanks for renting to us!

Being on the beach was the best part of this magical family celebration. Between the pool and the ocean, the kids stayed busy all day, and the well-stocked kitchen made it easy to provide the family with well prepared meals. We enjoyed every second!!!

Stayed at this beautiful home on a girls trip with 8 women. The house was absolutely perfect! We all had our own beds, plenty of bathrooms, kitchen well stocked. But the main thing is THE VIEW!!!! OMG!!! So gorgeous and great location! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful beachfront home

Beautiful home with spectacular ocean views and right on the sand to enjoy the beach at your footsteps. The terrace with the BBQ area was a great get together area for wholesome family time. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you can think of. Very comfortable beds. Can’t think of anything we didn’t like. Host was very accommodating and allowed us a late checkout. Highly recommend the home for a wonderful family vacation.

Thanksgiving week beach vacation

Our family of 7 adults, 4 children and 1 baby stayed for a week at this lovely beach home. The kitchen was well stocked and had 2 full size refrigerators as well as a bar fridge. There was room for several of us to prepare meals, etc. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico, as well as the pool and hot tub. We used the provided outdoor gas grill and Blackstone grill many times during out stay. The paddleboards/life vests were a nice addition to the standard beach equipment you would expect. The bedrooms were nicely laid out and generally the area was very quiet and peaceful. As one would expect, there is nearby construction at some of the other beach homes due to hurricane damage, but we only noticed it when walking the beach, not near the house. The location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants and local attractions. The host was very responsive to our questions prior to coming and always available during our stay if anything arose. We would definitely consider renting this home again
