Charming 50m2 + covered loggia overlooking the sea

The lower floor (50 m2) of the Casaqua cottage which has two other upper floors (also available for rent under the name Le Terrazze for 6/8 people) has recently been renovated. From the common entrance terrace, a comfortable spiral staircase leads down to the covered loggia (15 m2) with a pleasant view of the Bonassola bay. At the center of the apartment there is an open space with the kitchen, well equipped for 4 people (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven plus 4 burners, fridge with freezer), the living room with pellet stove: from here you can access to the master bedroom (king size bed) + air conditioning (hot and cold air), the bathroom with shower, the second bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to form a double bed): all the rooms have spacious wardrobes . It is a comfortable and charming accommodation for a small group of people that we rent all year round. Certificate of habitability and energy.
The small ancient village "Costella", enchanting and well preserved, is located 1 km +, with a comfortable road, from the beach, from the rocks, from the town of Bonassola, which is in turn on the edge of the 5 Terre (La Spezia) in the "Baie del Levante" area. Bonassola welcomes nature-loving travelers who want to practice trekking in the Mediterranean scrub, and sea activities in freedom; it is well equipped with shops and restaurants for all budgets and tastes, with private and non-private beach services, albeit in a very simple and peaceful way, surrounded by green hills that descend to the sea, creating a beautiful contrast of colors. Boat excursions to the famous places like Vernazza and Rapallo, Portofino; bicycle tours also in the old tunnels transformed into pedestrian paths towards Levanto and Framura; trips by car to renowned art locations such as Lucca, Pisa, Genoa but also to the discovery of old and picturesque villages in the hinterland.
It is a well-kept and well-kept house because Casaqua is the home of our holidays with children and grandchildren: when we are all, we occupy both the terraces and the charming 50m2. We rent it when we are not there in order to meet maintenance costs and continuous improvements. It is a family home that was born 3 centuries ago, as a branch of my family originates from Bonassola. Lovers of nature and simplicity can enjoy the tranquility of Bonassola, a sea of rocks, a beach with sand and pebbles, beautiful walks, the beautiful colors of the landscape, away from the confusion and noise ...... especially by staying in our house surrounded only by flowers and gardens and beautiful views.

It is always pleasant to welcome guests from other countries and help them get to know the best of my country, albeit in a few days' stay. We do not rent for periods of less than 5 nights because it is not convenient for each other. But it is my concern to meet the needs of travelers to always find a convenient solution for everyone: I always try to personally welcome renters to make insertion easier. I offer for those who wish the service sheets and towels at a cost of 10 euros per person. Final cleaning is paid by the renter E 50. Heating when necessary costs 10 Euros per night.
