Very Nice Apartment in Residential Bologna

Our stay was for 6 nights in September 2024. The location was in a quiet Bologna residential neighborhood-- an appropriately 30-minute walk to the Center and 30-minute walk (in another direction) to the University area. The apartment was very clean and updated with modern appliances (including clothes washer). The manager Silvia was always available and was always friendly and helpful.

Loved Bologna Great apartment

The apartment was lovely. It was well appointed, and after staying in smaller places, it was nice to have space to unpack, a kitchen, washing machine. The neighbourhood was well situated and we felt very safe. We were a short 15 minute walk from the gate or even quicker by bus, which was very convenient. we visited local coffee shops, and found everyone in the neighbourhood very friendly. Also, best shower of the entire three week trip.

Good apartment!

This apartment is very spacious and has everything my partner and I could have needed. We appreciated the coffee machine, full-size kitchen and spacious bedroom with plenty of space to hang our clothes. The only thing we were disappointed about was the washing machine. We booked this place specifically because it had one and we knew we’d need to refresh our clothes half way through our carry-on only trip. Even after 3 loads, our clothes did not smell clean. Otherwise, the walk to the city center was very easy and enjoyable and our host was very quick to respond to any questions. Grazie!

Ho soggiornato con il mio compagno 3 notti all'arrivo fatto ceck in con Silvia molto gentile e presente in caso di neccessita' .. l appartamento accogliente ti sembra di stare a casa tua, pulizia perfetta comodo al centro noi abbiamo usato come mezzi le nostre gambe ed in 25 minuti eravamo sotto le torri ma per i piu' pigri proprio sotto casa passa l autobus che con 2 fermate ti ritrovi in centro. Stra consigliato noi quando torneremo a Bologna torneremo sicuramente da Silvia

Alloggio molto grazioso e comodo a Bologna

L'alloggio è molto curato e pulito. Viaggiando parecchio siamo stati in molte case ingombre di oggetti inutili e buoni solo per dare un'idea di scarsa pulizia. L'alloggio di Silvia invece ha tutto quello che serve e niente di inutile in più. E tutto quello che c'è è molto pulito e nuovo. L'appartamento è al piano terra in una zona residenziale non centrale ma molto gradevole e tranquilla. Noi siamo andati a Bologna per visitare la città e, visti i prezzi proibitivi degli alloggi in centro, abbiamo optato per una zona più periferica. Da casa di Silvia raggiungevamo il parcheggio Tanari con la macchina e da lì il centro con la navetta oppure a piedi. Tutto sommato una soluzione comoda ed economica visto che il parcheggio costa al massimo come il prezzo del biglietto del bus. A questo aggiungo la gentilezza di Silvia che ci ha spedito una cosa che avevamo dimenticato al momento della partenza ed alla quale tenevo molto. Insomma un'ottima soluzione per visitare Bologna.

Il fatastico appartamento

A novembre 2022 ho soggiornato due settimane nell’appartamento in Via Antonio Bondi 19 nel quartiere San Vitale. L’appartamento al piano terra si trova 2,5 chilometri sud-est delle due Torri: Torre degli Asinelli(97,2 m) e Torre Garisenda(48,2 m). Inoltre e’ situato a due passi dai mezzi di trasporto per andare nel cuore della citta’. Per fare escursioni in treno a Modena, Ravenna, Ferrara, Firenze e Mantova si va alla stazione, che si raggiunge facilmente in autobus(15 min). L’arredamento dell’appartamento e’ nuovo, pratico e pulito. E’ composto da un ampio ingresso, una camera matrimoniale e una grande cucina molto accogliente. Tutto funziona, ma se ce sia problema, Silvia da’ un aiuto immediato. E’ molto gentile e disponibile. Pur essendo e’ situato’ tra le strade trafficate l’appartamento e’ tranquillo.
