The staff were talking to each other in Italian right in front of me while serving, and it felt very uncomfortable. It really seemed like they were talking about me, not just a misunderstanding. As a customer, I found their behaviour unpleasant. The office and the hotel are in different locations. I had to walk about 10 minutes to the office carrying heavy luggage, and it felt like an hour. Then, after checking in, I had to go back to the hotel again. However, the hotel itself was clean, which I liked.

We stayed at the hotels off site location across from the train station. It was very noisy and in a sketchy area. We had to go back to ask for a different room because ours faced the street and was overwhelming noisy. They did not even give us the remote for the a/c so we could block out the noise. They eventually gave us the remote. We also had to go back for paper cups for the espresso machine. There was only plastic cups in the room. The pillows were flat, but the bed comfortable and clean. I would not go back to the off site comfort rooms. The hotel maybe better, but I don't know.

These are just rooms that are part of a hotel chain. The main issue is, whilst this is close to the train station, you have to walk to the hotel to get your keys, when checking out you leave the keys in the room which made it easier, but as it's not a hotel there is nowhere to leave luggage. There is a luggage storage place next door that you can pay to leave luggage there which is convenient. The room was very big, clean, well placed for the train station and train to the airport, and a 15 minute walk to the centre. Would stay again, good value for money.

Quite disappointed in this stay. Yes, the room was spacious and clean. But it’s advertised as a sound proofed room - it is not. Very very loud with noises from the busy street, hearing neighbours (walls so thin I could hear their morning alarm going off). Any time someone flushed their toilet I could hear the pipes like they were in the room. I also messaged staff for help with WiFi and air con with zero response.

Well located for train travel to and from Bologna. Reception staff are friendly and jelpful. However traffic noise can be heard day and night, bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and unpleasant odor seems to be coming from the shower drain.

The room overlooks the road past the station so became a bit noisy by early morning. It has decent blackout blinds, a comfy bed and a fridge with space in it. The staff were fine to deal with in person and we could store our bags the next morning at the main Astoria hotel. The whole experience is let down by the very inconvenient requirement to go to the main hotel to pickup keys. The point of choosing a location very near the station is convenience - but having to lug baggage back and forth to get the key undermines that completely. (Drop-off isn't needed, the key can be left in the room). Worse is that the online check-in process, which they urge you to use, doesn't overcome that downside. For example, they don't send access to a keybox once you've checked in online - you still need to turn up at the main hotel in person. So it serves only them, not you, for you to use the online process. Finally, the whole process was opaque because nobody replied to messages sent via hotels.com. eventually I had to go to their website to find a contact email address, which they answered.

Si tratta di camere in un condominio gestite da un hotel, camera ampia ma spoglia, servizio nessuno eccetto per la macchina del caffè, check in da effettuare in hotel a qualche isolato, colazione idem occorre recarsi in hotel. Avessi saputo avrei cercato un altro hotel.

Room was great. Perfect location to the Centrale. Only problem was at check in you have to check in at a different location few blocks away and that wasn’t mentioned. Only reason I found out was because there were 3 other guests trying to get in and building door was jammed and no key was working.
