This hotel is in an excellent location and most, if not all, of the sites that you want to see are within walking distance. We took one taxi, to a restaurant on Christmas Eve (a very hard dinner reservation to find in this town) that was too far to walk. Our room was spacious and comfortable, although a design flaw in the shower resulted in daily leaks on the bathroom floor. On balance, we would definitely stay here again on a return visit to Bologna.
