When we went to shower, the tub was backing up with yellow water and floating debris. Since we were already late to our show,we now had to leave without taking a shower .This small studio room was over $600.00 per night ! After complaining to the staff, we were left 2 cocktail vouchers . As it was , I was paying for 3 nights and only staying two. I think they should have done a bit more .

Wonderful hotel.

We had a very nice stay at yhis hotel. The check in staff were very courteous and helpful. The bartender was very nice as well. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was large and the tub was hugh. The main reason for choosing this hotel was its close proximity to the train station, right across the street.

Great stay at UNA Bologna

Fantastic location and virtually across the road from Bologna Centrale (train station) and a 15min walk, if that to Piazza Maggiore. Given all the tram works and scaffolding around the centre of Bologna, I highly recommend staying near the train station. It is quiet and safe. The hotel rooms are large and have all your needs covered. The breakfast was included, it was ample with plenty to choose from. Highly recommend UNA Bologna.

I had WiFi problem in my room, it was on and off, asked the front desk to change room, request was denied, so I had problems booking train tickets, and other tickets. On the third day, there was no WiFi connection, different front desk person changed room for me, and he was attentive and apologetic, so over all I have mixed feelings about this hotel.
