Sink and bathroom leajed on floor, television stations only a few had sound and the toilet seat wouldn't stay up

It is a motel 6 so you know what you are getting - a clean but worn room and you are by a freeway. The pool was great. Parking lot had a lot of trash in it from ther folks staying hanging out a bit. The employees were awesome. Price right for waht I needed, a bed
Staff on duty during my visit were friendly and helpful.
They are slow help the customer like blow the customer off. I told I had a broken tv told a week to trans me to another room. And the new room smell like some die in there. Never will go back.
I liked the location it was a short walk or drive to all the things we had planned. Our room kinda smelled like cat pee it was really strong each time we would leave and come back. The toilet was very temperamental it woukdnt fully flush very often.
Clean, quiet and good price.

We were highly disappointed there was no soap so we couldn’t wash our hands. Our toilet seat was up with hair and grime inside. There were flies EVERYWHERE in our room. No fridge or microwave so we had to throw away food we brought. Shower was not very clean
The room was clean....basic set up but no hair dryer.
First and foremost, the staff was less than attentive. They did not let me check in until 5pm. I paid for a full night. Second, the rooms are nasty, poorly cleaned. My room smelled of cigarettes so Bad and had dog hair everywhere and my child has asthma and is allergic to dogs, surprise surprise. Outside was a mess, random people walking around. Very scetchy. The pool was out of order. No fridge or microwave. WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY TOO overpriced for a run down smelly motel 6. Do not waist your time or money because they DO NOT give refunds.
Filthy, smoky and dreary. No amenities. The location is far from places to eat. The rooms opened to the inside like a hotel instead of motel. It felt like I was staying in a halfway house
We checked in, but only one of the two rooms were ready. We were told that the second would be ready in an hour. After 3 hours, it is still not ready. I didn't care about that anymore because we were not staying. Only 6 of the 41 channels on our TV worked. The tech came up to reprogram it, but couldn't get it to work. He suggested we just find something on the channels that worked. Found a spot of blood on the wall over the bed, blood splatter in the shower, pubic hair in the shower drain, some mysterious yellowish splatter on the ceiling above the TV. There were stains on the shower curtain and, even more disturbing, on the bedsheets. At that point we decided we were not going to stay here. Went to the office to cancel and were informed that he could cancel the remainder of our stay, but we would be charged for the first night because it was after check in. Of course it was, because we could not arrive until after check in! I asked for the manager, who was not there but was told that I could call tomorrow morning and she would be there. I told him to cancel and I would call the manager later to get the refund for the first night. Called multiple times for 3 days, they answered once but the manager was cleaning rooms. Left message, never received a call. Orbitz customer service was no help with the issue either.
