Nobody cleaned our room during the 4 days stay at the hotel. The only one time they sent someone clean the room was because we ran out of towels and supplies and we called the front desk for service. Also the employees worked at the breakfast place were very nice and helpful. However. They always wear gloves but never change them after they cleaned the table and handle the food

Hotel was a little disappointing, not very clean, pool was closed for “maintenance” the whole time we were there. Our floors needed vacuuming. You could tell the room was dated and needed some repairs. There was a horrible alarm sound coming from either the AC unit or the refrigerator.

Everything was very nice here. Beautifully decorated for Christmas and clean. Fresh lemon water and coffee is always available. Breakfast was the nicest I've seen at a hotel. Comfy bed and pillows. The location is great and close to everything downtown. You can walk from there to many things.

As always we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff, and were quickly on to our room, which was spotless. Unfortunately the television was inoperable but within minutes we were moved to another room. The Park Center area really works for us as it has a “tucked away” feel but centrally located just outside city center. Finally, the hot breakfast offerings and dining atmosphere are definitely a step above most other hotels in this price range, from our experience. When in Boise, which is often, we’ll continue staying at the Park Center H I Express, absolutely no reason to go anywhere else unless we some day get priced out.

The hotel was nice and clean. The room didn’t have a working exhaust fan in the bathroom. Nor did our room have a window that we could open. Therefore the room was musty and damp.
