The property was beautiful and in the perfect location for what we were in town for. Entering the property was a bit tricky the first time as we wanted to park in the garage however the property wasn’t clearly marked from the alley way. Also I thought there would be fixings for coffee in the morning but to my disappointment there wasn’t. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and the property was perfect for what we needed. Thank you for sharing it with us!

The house was not as clean as we had hoped. There seems to be a Jacob bug issue in Boise in late summer that affects all houses, so I don’t believe this is normal. However, it was not something we were comfortable with for the duration of our stay. The host was very prompt and helpful in accommodating us with another property which exceeded our expectations. Based on that alone, I’d have no problem staying at another property from this host.

Wonderful location great communication with the host and we were thrilled that there were toys very suitable for our one year-old and three-year-old in addition, kitchen utensils, and pots and pans were in great shape. Would 100% recommend and we hope to stay there again.

Had to leave

We only stayed one night and left early. There is no lock from the garage door into the home, which just isn't safe. There were bugs everywhere. No extra towels or linens. The faucet in the kitchen fell off. Just not a good experience.

Do not stay at any location with this host!!

Upon arrival I always inspect each room for signs of bed bugs. I heat treat bed bugs for my full time job I’m licensed with the state of Idaho. I found early signs of bed bugs (spotting bed bug poop) in all 3 upstairs rooms. I contacted the host who came over to see what I was seeing I gave him a very honest up assessment letting him know he had bed bugs. He asked if I would be staying I let him know I wasn’t comfortable staying. I know how expensive and how time consuming it is to prep for a treatment if we took them home. I asked about getting a refund he stated that if I went through VRBO it would get taken care of. After contacting VRBO the host changed his mind said he didn’t think there was enough evidence of bed bugs. I let him know I understand not trusting my opinion and that I would have a local pest control service come do the inspection and have a report sent to him. He then checked us out of the property the next day so I couldn’t have a local company come do the inspection. We were scheduled to stay July 13th-17th and then we were checked out the 14th without our consent. We have been trying to work with VRBO and it’s been a nightmare because this host is actually a 3rd party billing so VRBO basically said that we have to get the host to do the refund. The host will no longer even respond to us or VRBO. VRBO recommended us to file a dispute with our Credit card company. Overall this is not a host I would ever consider for another stay.

Excellent Townhome in Boise’s Desirable East End

This home was more than roomy for our family of eight adults. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, wine glasses, etc. I noticed lots of games for adults and even more for toddlers. We spent most of our time at graduation events and enjoying Boise but did get a chance to use the basketball shooting game for two in the garage. We would definitely stay here again.

Much better than advertised

The pictures do not do this place justice. The property is in a fantastic location in the historic district, close to everything. The house was spotless and much larger than you'd think. We had plenty of space for our family of 8. If we ever make it back to Idaho, we will definitely book this again.

Great Place convenient to downtown

We had 7 people and it comfortably accommodated our group. Plenty of dishes, silverware, etc. Within walking distance of downtown, and really close to some hill trails. Has a 2 car garage for vehicles. Stefan contacts you day before with all the details and will answer any questions very quickly. Overall experience was very good. Great place for families.

Great for families in a good location

This is our second stay at this location. The townhome is a clean, spacious and well maintained property in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to a great park and the Botanical Garden. Less than 2 miles to downtown Boise and a grocery store. The management team was responsive to my questions and provided clear instructions regarding access and departure procedures for the property. I look forward to utilizing this property in the future.

Beautiful Location

The house was great for a large family. We had 3 couples and two kids. It is just steps away from some great hiking trails too. Speaking of steps, there are a lot of them. The place could improve by including a few more necessities like towels and toilet paper, but otherwise we had what we needed to help make it a great trip.

Sister's Trip

We enjoyed our stay at this downtown home very much and would stay here again! It is close to BSU and also to the airport, which was very convenient! The home was very well equipped-the kitchen had nice appliances and extras. The outdoor spaces were quaint and enjoyable. We took a walk to the north of the house and found a fun trail to walk on. This home is in the historic district and our walks were so enjoyable looking at the beautiful, unique homes. The owner, Stefan, was very communicative and gave timely information regarding the home. Thank you so much for making our "Sister's Trip" a memorable trip!
