Poor Hygiene and Very Disappointing Service

The rooms were dirty and smelly when we arrived. The floor was dusty and kids white socks turned black the moment they stepped on it. As we arrived late at night after a long road trip we fell asleep and didn't care much. The next morning a person was sent to mop the floor after we complained. The sink and toilet in the bathroom were dirty. There were hair blocking the drain of shower. The hot water wasn't coming through taps. The tap in the sink was leaking 24/7 and staff never listened to our complaints. Poor hygiene. I had my senior aged parents with me and we were so concerned for our health after seeing their poor hygiene. They have nice pics in hotels.com but the rooms are never the same. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I wouldn't trust hotels.com any longer either because it was rated fabolous with some nice old pictures of the hotel.

Hotel ist sehr Unsauber dunkel und frühzeitig ver.

Wir haben das Hotel 1 Tag vorher Verlassen da die Räume und die decken sehr unhygienisch waren und die Räume sahen sehr runtergekommen aus, der preis für die bleibe war sehr hoch für das Hotel. Also wer Urlaub machen möchte soll sich das hier gut überlegen.

Bekväma sängar men kall mat

Vårt hotellrum var en före detta lägenhet med fin utsikt. Sovrummet hade en stor och skön säng med luftkonditionering. Tyvärr saknade badrummet varmvatten, nya handukar varje dag och ett kylskåp som fungerade när man lämnade rummet. Maten såg trevlig ut men var tyvärr kall under vår vistelse (1v). En kall biff och pommes tiltade inte oss men åh andra sidan var rummet väldigt billig och vi förväntade bara oss en skön säng. Frukosten gick att äta men man tröttnar väldigt snabbt då den är ganska begränsad och inte varierad.

Propreté de la chambre : La chambre n'a pas été nettoyé tous les jours / Les draps étaient tâchés à notre arrivée / Les serviettes de bain n'étais pas changées tous les jours Personnel : le personnel peu gracieux et ne parle pas anglais difficile de se faire comprendre Confort de la chambre : clim uniquement dans la chambre principal / TV : quasi aucunes chaîne qui ne fonctionnent / eau de la douche tiède voire froide Hôtel : buffet très moyen et peu variés / pas d'ascenseur dans l'hôtel / pas d'animation / on devait presque "pleurer" pour avoir de l'eau à table / on a eu droit à du Lara Fabian toute la semaine comme musique d'ambiance pendant les repas
