Location of this Hotel is quite a drive from the airport but the scenery along the way is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend that you arrange transfers direct from the hotel as you skip the trouble of having to looking for a cab. Don't waste your time in packing jackets/jumpers if you are going during summer. The weather is warm even at night. The hotel is great with regards to facilities however the childrens waterslide was out of action 90% of our stay. The attendants tell you that they are cleaning the pool but it was always almost closed - so not sure what was really going on. The hotel room that was given to us was a joke considering what we paid. We ended up on the lower ground level where the balcony would only fit two ppl - a third was just a crowd and would have to squeeze in. Not comfortable. We paid $5000K for two rooms for a weeks stay and thought this was great value considering it was all inclusive but you have designated times to eat so it was hard to catch lunch if you woke up late and had a late breakfast. Most times we missed out on dinner as you go out to explore the area and island so if you plan to go outside the hotel and spend time being a tourist you probably will not get value for money staying at an all inclusive hotel. They do not have wi-fi throughout the hotel. Only in the lobby's balcony/sitting area. If you want internet in your room you have to pay extra which was like $20-30 bucks a day. The service is ok - But you have so many guests that its probably hard to give you that one on one service which you will get from smaller hotels. Overall the breakfast buffet was nice, lunch is nice with a lot of variety - We only had dinner there once and that was good too but like i said if you plan to go out then maybe re-consider where you stay. The beach resort is nice, water is absolutely beautiful but the drinks they serve you on the beach needs to have a wider selection. We went jet skiing which was a lot of fun - They run through all the safety instructions with you and keep a close eye to ensure you are safe throughout the entire experience so it was reassuring to know that if you got yourself in trouble there was a team to help you out. The kids had great fun, they have an arcade area with games and rides (this is not inclusive you have to pay per game, per ride) so your kids will probably make you out of pocket as its hard to say no especially because you just want to relax. Overall experience was moderate/average. We spent time in the turkish hamman - This is a must do!! I have to rate this experience 10/10 - worth every penny!

İt was a great holiday for Kurban Bayram. Staff at seaport are the best i used to have my Burgers everyday on the beach thanks for the great decent service. We enjoyed swimming sun bathing and relaxing by the sea. For sure i will visit again

If you have a time at September, it is happy days to go there; weather, sun and sea are amazing. Meting rooms are perfect. Rooms are clean bed is puffy. Meal service and cousine are good. Problem is only for internet, internet sevice is not free in the room.

The hotel is not overwhelming elegant. Lots of marbles and very spacious halls. Impressive architecture, comfortable rooms and lovely bathrooms. The grounds abound in beautiful trees and flowers. The food is impressive in abundance, quality and presentation. The service is impeccable.

The quality of the food was really good, top quality stuff. The rooms are well decorated and almost every room has sea view. The seaside is also good, the bar stuff is recommended also, the coctails, etc. The biggest issue we have faced with the restaurant area (from theelevators to restaurant) is heavily smelly and also very cold.

This hotel was a total disappointment from the 1st day of arrival and those 5 days that we stayed there were a total nighmare. 1. So to start, this hotel is like a maze and this wouldn't be a big deal if Receptionist during check in gave us directions on which elevator to take and informed us that the room number starting with 7 is located at the 1st floor as typically in most of the hotels the 1st digit of the room number corresponds with the floor. Besides we had to wait for 40 minutes until someone brought our luggage to the room. And they only did it afer I called Reception to remind that we are still waiting for our suitcases. 2. If you don't speack at least basic Turkish you are screwed up. Personnel at the hotel hardly speaks any English and several times we got a 'no English' response from the staff at the snack bar and beach/pool area. The driver of the cart within the resort was so rude that he turned his face away when we were explaining him in English that we have waited for him for 20 minutes to take us to the Beach Club and he can't take on board other guests although they are of turkish naitonalty. Only when I told him the same in Turkish he allowed us to board the cart. It was a very disappointing experience that ruined my day and this was a very clear message that if you are not turkish you are not wellcome here. 3. Whenever we asked for any drinks we either had to wait for a very long time or wouldn't get anything at all. Several times I gave up and walked to the bar myself to get our drinks. Many times waiters just ignored us and never stopped to ask if we need anything while they'd show more courtesy to other guests. 4. Housekeeping was another issue. There are very thin blankets in the rooms and i asked for an extra blanket. On the 2nd day housekeeping took away the 2nd blanket. I called again and asked to bring it back. After 40 min I called to remind them and after 1 hour they finally brought it. And exactly same situation has been repeating every single day. It looked like a sick joke that housekeeping personnel played on us during our stay. 5. Food at the snack bars and the main restaurant was tasteless however, waiters at the main restaurant were more attentive. We will never go back to this hotel and all I can recommend is that if you don't want your vacation to be ruined chose another hotel for your stay.

I had a standard room as it was not important to have a sea view but found the room to be very average for a five star hotel. The bed was a little noisy at times and seemed like either the mattress or base needed replacing. I have been to many 5 star hotels and felt the room did not have that 5 star feel. The food was good but it felt like it got a little repetitive at times as it was the same selection everyday. The chef Yagiz was extremely good as he would do anything to assist if i had a specific request on food. On the day of checkout my pick up was very late at night so i thought I would speak to reception if there were any allowances for a slightly later checkout or and alternative, as most hotels I have stayed at normally assist and are very accommodating as I had an 8 year old. On my first attempt to speak with the day time reception staff, the member of staff I spoke to just said no and I must vacate the room at 12 Midday and did not listen to anything I had to say. I requested to speak to reception manager who was extremely unhelpful and tried to charge me £185 for the night, even tho I was not staying the night and all I asked for was an extra few hours. The manager also stated that i was not allowed to use the hotel dining facilities after 4 pm which I could not believe this was said to me. I decided to leave it and I was very upset with her approach. I left it a couple of days and I then spoke to the night supervisor called Cem, a very helpful gentleman who kindly allowed us to keep the room up to 4PM, which was all I needed. Cem was extremely helpful and he also said we could continue to use the hotel facilities until our pick up time. Cem should be the manager of the reception team as he is much more customer friendly. Guest relations team are not very helpful. Every time I would inquire about anything they did nothing to help. Most 5 star hotels I have stayed at, guest relations team bend over backwards to help and assist. The beach was beautiful but it was very busy and it was a race for a sunbed, people were arguing over sunbeds at times. The pool area was always quite and peaceful when compared to the beach. Overall it was a good holiday with great service by the waiters and the most beautiful sea views you could ask for, but i would not rush back to this particular hotel.

Spent 4 days in this hotel. It is located on a panaromic hill. All staff do have smiling faces, are doing their best despite the high occupancy. Especially Ali in the main restaurant, Tolga on the beach are shining stars. Some of the rooms are very far away from the facilities, better to check before coming. Rooms starting with 4 or 8 are the best. Food is good, sea is perfect. The only negative thing was WIFI, it is impossible to connect.

Bodrum has a lot of high quality concept hotels, you dont need to spend time in hilton , they don't deserve you. They never want to service you and help you that you feel this is your home , all rhey want how to get rid of them and their stupid problems ,

Sea view room was great. When I woke up and look outside the window, I felt wonderful myself with a great picture of sea and blue sky. Meals were not great in the main restaurant but they were acceptable. Beach was really good. It was a bay and there was no wave. It was good for our children. Staff at the pool, beach and bars serviced very well. They periodically asked for our orders. Price performance ratio is good for this hotel. I recommend you to go there with your family or as a pair.
