Kestrel Corner is a barn conversion, one of four, set on the owner's working farm near the village of Lanivet. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a four poster double and a twin room. There is also a bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with an electric coal-effect fire. Outside there is off road parking for one car and a shared lawned garden. In a fantastic location, Kestrel Cottage provides a lovely base to be used by friends or a family to explore the surrounding area. The Neighborhood:

A small village just to the west of Bodmin, Lanivet is a collection of picturesque properties, an award-winning fish and chip restaurant, a pub and a few shops. The main town in the area is Bodmin, with its shopping centre and local attractions of the Bodmin and Wenford Railway, the Camel cycle trail, and the Bodmin Jail with its courtroom experience. Also close by are Bodmin Moor, the National Trust’s Lanhydrock House and Gardens for walking and cycling, as well as the magnificent Eden Project.
