The King master suite upstairs features a soaking tub and walk in shower and private balcony with coastal views.
Enjoy the outdoors and great views from your choice of 3 patios where you can watch and listen to the waves, soak under the stars in the private hot tub or cook outdoors on the Weber propane BBQ grill.

The home was welcoming to pets, though I wish there were dog bowls and maybe a dog blanket for the couch, though I did bring my own. The hot tub was a little outdated, but it worked great and was perfect for our family. I wish there were screens on the sliding doors and bedroom windows to allow fresh ocean air in at night.. Overall though it was perfect.

The house was much larger than it seemed in the pictures. The rooms are spacious and the living room is huge. We were able to walk to the beach and hear the waves in bed at night. Kitchen was very well stocked and the manager\owner was very communicative.

This beach house is a true gem. The front deck overlooking the ocean is unbelievable, the perfect place for morning coffee and sunsets. The home is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by stunning coastal landscaping. We loved every minute and can’t wait to come back.

We had a 3 night stay to get my family and a couple close friends together for my significant birthday …it was a good excuse to stay at the coast. We found this home comfortable for 6 and flexible to visit, eat, sleep and get to the beach. The kitchen was well appointed and I didn’t hear anyone say “We should have brought…”. In order to give everyone a break from food preparation we had Willowood, in Graton, cater a family style dinner which we ordered in advance and picked up hot and served 1/2 hr. later. Our host was communicative and helpful. I would stay here again.

Perfect property

We loved the property. It was short for my spouse and I as I fell on the golf course the day after we arrived and broke my wrist. We had to get home to see the doctor in Houston. This Property Has it All!

Location, view, fully stocked kitchen with extras most properties don’t include, excellent communication from the host and a bottle of wine with chocolates waiting for us upon our arrival. The home is beautiful and comfortable. We hope to return again!
