My husband organized a surprise 2 day getaway to Wolgan Valley & have to say it was one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited. Accommodation, food, wine, scenery all first class.. highly recommend this place to everyone, a must on your list.

My Wife and I chose to celebrate our tenth wedding anniversary at the Emirates One & Only Wolgan Valley. Simply put, we really couldn't have made a better decision. Yes, it is on the expensive side, but if you want the best, then this place is a must do. Don't forget either that once you've paid, pretty much all of the food and drinks (unless you wish to select from the 'premium menu') are also included. The staff at this property are what set it apart. The authenticity, genuine level of interest in your enjoyment of the property & pride that each and every staff member displayed was wonderful. They really made the stay enjoyable and nothing whatsoever was too much trouble. The rooms are delightful and separated from each other just enough to offer a high level of privacy. The real prize though is the property itself. Take some walking shoes and get out there. It is just an incredible landscape & begs to be explored. Whether by foot, on bike or on the back of a Polaris, you'll be glad you made the effort. I would also recommend booking in for the campfire / stargazing experience. It was certainly one of the highlights of our stay. All up, I would definitely recommend checking out this property. It's as good, or better, than the best that the rest of the word has on offer.

Sometimes in life you get what you pay for and with Emirates One&Only this for us has never been truer. We had never stayed in a 6* resort and were a little bit nervous of paying so much money for a weekend away. From arrival to departure we were treated to a magical experience. Yes the accommodation is fantastic, the surroundings breathtaking, the food and wine amazing but what exceeded expectations for us was the service. The team they have put together is warm and friendly and work like clockwork to do everything they can to make your visit special. Nearly every member of their team we interacted with knew it was my wife’s Birthday and wished her a happy birthday. Not just guest services or a manager you might interact with but everyone we met. Staggering detail they go to to make your visit unique and special

My husband and I enjoyed a three night break and really enjoyed the isolated location with no cellphone reception. The wildlife, walks and activities balance well with a relaxed luxury getaway with beautiful breakfasts, lovely lunches and stunning dinner menus. Please be aware that this IS a child friendly resort and babies and children maybe in the dining areas with you.

We (family members) stayed at Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley in 3 villas for 3 nights. The environment is unbeatable, the resort is surrounded by mountains, and we saw a lot of Kangaroos & Wallabies in the resort, which is amazing. Food is OK, not much choice, but the food quality and taste are good. The service is the problem, staff are friendly but the service in the restaurant is very slow and not up to standard, for example: We traveled with a 9 months baby, most of the times the restaurant staff brought the highchair very quickly. But for one night, we need to request 3 times to get the highchair. We ordered a mocktail called marshmallow, the drink didn’t come after 30 minutes, we checked with the staff, and the staff brought us 3 pieces of marshmallows. Signature Nocturna tour As we mentioned before, you can see a lot of Kangaroos & Wallabies in the resort, but we still recommend to join this tour because you can see a lot of Wombats. Private Stargazing and Campfire Experience We didn’t have luck to have a clear sky, but the campfire experience was interesting. Signature Horse Trail Ride We highly recommended the horse trail ride, the horses are very well trained, and the guide (Isabella) is very professional. Even though I was quite nervous at the beginning, I ended up really enjoying this tour. Picnic at Panorama Deck The scenery of the picnic location is stunning, the food was so-so. We requested to have car pick up at 2pm, however we waited until 2:15pm, the car did not show up. We started to worry, although the picnic location is only 2.4km away from the resort, we can easily walk back, however our Mom and Dad are not able to walk too far. We had no choice and left our parents alone and walked back in order to ask for help. On our way to the resort, we finally saw the car at around 2:30pm. We didn’t know what happened, but it is ridiculous to dump the guests in the middle of nowhere. We should give a 2 stars, but we appreciate One & Only devoted to the protection of Wombats, we add 1 star for this. Rooms are stunning by the way!

Fabulous Australian Homestead experience. The setting is amazing and the staff exceptional. We have been fortunate enough to experience more than half of the Luxury Lodge portfolio and this is up with the best! Only slight issue 3hour drive from Sydney or $650ew chaufer or $3000 helicopter!

Amazing Place, Amazing Staff. This is a must do. Special mention to staff who went above and beyond in our stay: Ben, Luigi, Linda and Simon. Not many luxury hotels accept children but this place does. We were nervous in taking our 11 month old but the staff made us very comfortable and welcome at all times, even when our boy made a little noise.

Superb experience of natural environment and regional cuisine with very attentive, informed and friendly staff. Great variety of outdoor and interpretive activities with respect for natural and heritage qualities.

This trip was one never to be forgotten. This exceptional luxury resort is located in one of Australias most beautiful national parks . Located in the picturesque Wolgan Valley this luxury accommodation sits at the base of mountains with full size windows and decks overlooking the ever changing light and weather patterns changing throughout the valley. Everything about this resort saturates all senses from comfort and warmth of the main lodge/ dining area with their oversized fireplaces to the perfect dining experience at every stage of the day, breakfast, lunches and dinner to the comfort of luxurious beds and bathrooms all looking directly down this stunning valley. Wombats wander across the pathways and a large population of kangaroos can be seen grazing in their wild habitat of this valley at all times of the day. The most difficult decision each day will be which activity to do next as there are so many! Nothing will disappoint horseriding, hiking, biking, nature walks , archery and luxurious spa are just a few . Every activity is only enhanced by the passion of all the staff whose enthusiasm in every section of the resort makes for a very personal experience. This will truly be a one and only experience and should not be missed.

Spectacular experience where you can explore the vast surrounds of the farm on mountain bike or on foot and then come back to the luxiourious comfort of a gorgeous private villa. The food is outstanding, fresh and plenty of choice. The inclusive wines are good quality. Being so close to the kangaroos and wombats on multiple occasions makes this a special place for nature lovers. The guides and staff are exceptional.
