Apartment Vela is a large size (65m2) accommodation with the large terrace and 180 degree sea view, shared swimming pool, modern kitchen, Wireless internet access, satellite TV, air conditioner, washing machine, etc..

The apartment has two bedrooms. One room has two single beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) with access to a small balcony. The second bedroom with double bed (160 cm, length 200) and terrace.

Apartment can accommodate max. 5 people ( 4 adults/1 child), two people sleep on double bed, two on single beds, and one on sofa bed or extra children bed.

The apartments are well positioned for exploring the nature and history of our beautiful island. Swimming, walking, scuba diving, cycling, dining and boat terminals for day trips to local tourist destination are all up to 15 minute drive away.

Apartment Vela has the appropriate facilities and comfort to make your stay both enjoyable and memorable. Open plan kitchen offers you self-catering for easy living.

From terrace you will have a view across the bay towards numerous small islands scattered across the sea. There you'll be able to enjoy glorious mornings, spectacular sunsets and diamond scattered night sky. Just 30 meters from the beach, you'll have your own jetty to enjoy swimming from sunrise to sunset.

Only 30 meters from unspoiled Adriatic Sea our accommodation offers a breathtaking view, privacy and tranquility. This is an ideal place to relax on the terrace and enjoy a glass of wine with friends and family.

Karbuni bay is a very quiet and peaceful bay, with a few tourists, and no loud bars, or nightclubs. All of these facilities are available in Vela Luka and Blato, just a 15 minute-drive. Short (40min) boat trip from Vela Luka will take you to island of Proizd, a little island with a beach chosen as the most beautiful Adriatic beach in 2007. Enjoy a day trip from our house to town of Korcula and explore a typical medieval Dalmatian town.

The island of Korcula is one of the greenest and most beautiful islands on the Adriatic Sea. With abundant vineyards and olive groves, pine forests, unspoiled beaches, crystal clear waters and hidden islands untouched by time, Korcula island is a true Mediterranean paradise. Thought to be the birthplace of Marco Polo, Korcula is an unspoiled historic gem.From the 13th Century onward, different states tussled over the island, leaving a unique mix of renaissance, baroque and Venetian architecture. You will find here villages isolated of the time, places where you can breathe peace, green fields and small houses surrounded by nature.

Our house is a non-smoking property.

Small and medium size dogs which don't shed hair are welcomed, assuming there are good mannered :).

Wir hatten das Appartment Vela gemietet. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die geräumige Terrasse mit grandiosem Blick auf‘s Meer. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr zweckmäßig und für eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend groß. Da das Haus am Ende von Karbuni liegt, war es sehr ruhig. Die angrenzende Schotterstraße war eine sehr geeignete Laufstrecke. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen!

Beautiful place in Karbuni, wonderful sea view

I enjoyed a wunderful vacation and stay in this very nicely and with love funrished apartment. Everything I needed in the kitchen was there, WLAN worked well, pool was filled, BBQ wood, it was very clean and just great. The people who take care of the place were very helpful and friendly. Restaurants opened later, so you need a car, also to visit the nice villages at the sea and Vela Luca you need a car. But if you just want to enjoy great Croatian Sea View and clean water, great walks into the olive plantations than go to Karbuni.

Ruhig und verträumt.

Die gepflegte und gut ausgestattete FeWo (Ausstattung wie beschrieben) liegt am Ende der Ortschaft Karbuni in ruhiger Lage (Hanglage); zum Meer (Badeplattform) sind es ein paar Stufen. Man ist dort ziemlich unter sich, da sie nur von wenigen Anwohnern genutzt wird, die zudem auch nicht immer da sind. Die Gegend ist ein landschaftlicher Traum. Möchte man täglich essen gehen, wird es allerdings etwas mühsam, da die nächsten brauchbaren Lokale sich erst in rd. 15km Entfernung befinden (Vela Luka) und der Weg dorthin nicht "unspannend" ist (die ersten gut 5 km sind einspurig mit Ausweichlücken). Die Kinder störten sich am langsamen WLAN.

Tolles Appartement, tolle Lage, toller Urlaub

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dem Appartment (2014). Genauso wie das erste Mal, war alles super. Das Appartement ist modern eingerichtet und ziemlich groß. Und auch der neu gebaute Pool ist eine nette Abwechslung. Von der großen Terasse hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Auch die Abwicklung (Zahlung, Kaution, Ankunft usw) war super, hatten gerade noch so die letzte Fähre erwischt und trotzdem war eine Schlüsselübergabe um 1 Uhr Nachts kein Problem. Auch hatten wir das ein oder andere Mal einen Stromausfall, aber es würde sich sehr schnell darum gekümmert.

Fine and calm hideaway with a famous sea view

We really loved staying here. From the spacious terrace we've got an excellent view over the Croatian see. The apartment itself was nice and modern with enough space for up to four adults. We stayed here with two adults and two kids. The apartment is equipped with a mixture of modern and elder decoration elements. We've had a feeling of coming home. Just the kitchen itself could be equipped with some more tableware and a chopping board / knife. But from our view this are minor things. We loved the sea, it's pretty clear and warm. Our children enjoyed the pool, which is cleaned regularly. Karbuni is small and clean, definitely a place to calm down and relax. The hirer is friendly and honest, someone you can count on. His local representative is also nice and friendly.

We loved staying here and found the setting very relaxing and beautiful. The apartment was clean and comfortable and we had an amazing holiday there. My only issue would be the pool didn't seem very clean. It would also be nice to have a good chopping knife and chopping board and also a welcome pack with information about bins, shops, places to see etc. Apart from that, it was fabulous! Thank you!!

“Lovely, modern, functional, clean and airy place!

This place offers a vacation in a nice modern flat, very clean and tastefully made. Everything you need for daily living is there, and with a small car or scooters you reach all you need in either Blato og Vela Luka in short time. The path/stairs down to the sea is short, the view from the terrace is relaxing and free. You can sit there and have both sunrise in east and sunset in west, and the sea in front is the horizon. That means sun all day through. The lounge and the dining-place is nice in case of rain and windy weather.....We love this place and will definitely use it again!
