We had an amazing time at this house. Everything looked great to us. The kitchen was stocked. Coffee pot was k cup as well as for grounds. A few things i wanna point out that might help people book.The upstairs has the 6th and 7th bonus room. The 1 bedroom has a king bed, queen pull out and private bath with jacuzzi and shower. Now, their is a door in that room, that takes you into the bonus room that has 2 king beds. Also has beautiful skylights. This room gets chilly. So if you like the coolness this rooms for you. The beds and pillows were comfy. Now on that same floor is 3 other bedrooms and full bathroom. 1 is just a qeen, 1 is a king with a crib, and 1 is just a king. All towels were in the hall closet. Other family members said their rooms were very warm. Heading downstairs is the front door and to the left is living room and to the right is dining room. 1 bedroom off of dining room had 1 king bed and 1 king pullout. Bring linens for all pull outs. Next is kitchen in back of house. It has 2 large refrigerators. Off the kitchen is the last king size bedroom. The kitchen stove fromt 2 burners were broke. Manager quickly came over and resolved the issues. Was very helpful and respectful. The last room was the basement off the kitchen hallway. You will need to turn on the heat on the baseboard and it has a standing heater as well. Amazing game room with fantastic couch and seating area. This room was very chilly. Otherwise everything was great.

Our stay was amazing, very spacious for the whole family. Amenities provided convenience and hours of fun. Sauna and hot tub were simple and enjoyable to use. Area was calm and quite, a very much relaxing and needed vacation destination!

Poorly maintained

House is spacious. Nice location. Bedrooms were clean, beds comfortable, showers had a lot of mold. Had to buy our own skillets because the ones supplied were in awful condition with old food stuck to them. Living room & game rooms were nice. Main issues were with the exterior which was filthy. Broken patio umbrella with half of it hanging down with tape where they had tried to fix it , several chairs on deck were broken. Overgrown weeds in play area and around pool. Siding was dirty, weeds growing out of the gutters. Steps into hot tub were rotting and a part of it had fallen off and was lying on the ground. Front of house had 2 windows with screens that had fallen out and were on the ground, trash under bushes. Walkway overgrown. Loose bricks on front steps where you have to enter & exit the house. Very dangerous, especially since we were traveling with 3 people in their 70s. The property would be awesome if it was maintained. Interior was overall nice.

Just Being Honest

As the title of my post indicates, this review is going to be an honest assessment of my stay at this poperty. Usually I start off with the positives, but what eas clearly evident was the over lack of care of the exterior of the property. The siding was very moldy, shrubbery overgrown, front steps are broken and dangerous, gutters had weeds growing out of them, broken patio chairs and umbrella. At night the bugs are absolutely overwhelming and impossible to sit outside even with citronella burning.The inside of the house was as noted in the property description and very comfrotable. We had an isssue with the air conditioning and host was very responsive, even past 11pm. The issue was the Neat thermostat needed to be recharged. We also had an issue with one of the 2 refrigerators in the kitchen that does not keep cool. The pool was outstanding and we all enjoyed it. There was also no issues with the hot tub, and fantastic game room.Overall we had a nice stay, but this is not a 9.6 rated property. There is a "propety manager" who I assume lives close by, but Im not sure if he makes the property owner aware of the clearly obvious safety issues like the broken steps or the broken patio furniture that without a doubt should be addressed or if the property owner is aware and does not care. In my opinion this house is an 8 based on the lack of care on the exterior.

Amazing stay.

Amazing stay, very spacious and rooms, very comfortable and a huge game room in the basement. Would rent this house again in the future for sure, the owner was also very nice, clear and responsive! Great house 10/10
