DUNE SEA is a newly built spacious 4 bedroom, 2 storey holiday home on the beachfront that accommodates up to a maximum of 8 guests. Located in beautiful Black Point, an ideal place to base your Yorke Peninsula getaway! Unwind and relax on the patio enjoying the beautiful sea views!

Downstairs:
Open plan living area - Kitchen with island bench and stools, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, gas cook top, Nespresso coffee pod machine (BYO pods), kettle, toaster. Dining area with table/chairs, ceiling fan/light, lounge area with 2 x 3 seater lounges, coffee table, ceiling fan/light.

Doors leading out to patio with outdoor setting and 6 burner BBQ with roasting hood. (Please note that the back yard is not landscaped)

2 bedrooms, both with ceiling fan/lights, main with walk-in robe, ensuite with vanity, shower and w/c. Single with built-in robe.

Separate powder room with w/c and vanity.

Laundry with front loading washing machine, laundry trough, clothes airer, ironing board and iron.

Upstairs:
Lounge area with 2.5 seater lounge, smart TV (please note TV cabinet to come), doors leading out to balcony.

Black Point is a small seaside settlement which offers a beautiful sandy beach, swimming, fishing, sailing, boating and crabbing, making it a popular destination for families and holiday makers.

Bed configuration - Downstairs - main bed 1 - king, bed 2 - king single. Upstairs - bed 3 - queen, bed 4 - single and Bunk

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Linen can be hired - $44.00 for king bed, $38.50 for queen bed, $27.50 for single bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff.

We stayed at Dune Sea in Black Point and were very disappointed, as the property did not match its listing. Although described as “newly built,” the exterior looked unfinished, with builder’s plastic still attached, rubble scattered around, and a pallet being used as a step.The rear yard shown online as a usable outdoor area was just dirt and weeds. Our 13‑year‑old brought outdoor games but the space was completely unusable. Being a beachfront house, an outdoor rinse area is essential, yet the only tap sits in the dirt. We even had to buy a hose just to rinse off sand.Inside, the biggest issue was the extremely poor water pressure. Although advertised with multiple bathrooms for six guests, only one person can shower at a time—any other tap running makes the upstairs shower unusable. This made basic routines difficult and frustrating.The listing also claimed a six‑burner hooded BBQ, which simply wasn’t provided.There is also no washing line—only a tiny clothes horse that can’t hold beach towels or bathers, making the supplied washing machine impractical for a beach stay.Overall, the property did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend it for families or anyone seeking a functional beach holiday.
