Excellent location from airport. Good variety on breakfast.

The gentleman that assisted me at check in was extremely helpful and friendly. I was treated exceptionally well. Thank you for making the end of a long, busy day wonderful!

When I checked into my room I noticed the office chair had stains all over it and was extremely worn down a long with a few other items. My luggage had been lost so I decided to get my clothes “3 hour express” cleaned, but no one would answer. I walked to the front with it and gave it to the front desk. After four hours I called and was brushed off. I called back 10 minutes later to explain they had ALL of my clothes besides my night gown and jacket. I could tell the lady was in panic. I had to leave at 4am for my flight and they had no idea what was going on with my clothes. I finally got them back dirty. This hotel does not have nearly enough staff for how insanely busy it is. Please hiring and work more employees. I’ll never stay at another Radisson again.

This was my third annual stay at this hotel but will be my last. Although the bar area is being renovated, the rest of the hotel looks run down, with stained and torn hallway rugs, peeling wallpaper, cracked floors, etc. The room itself was clean and comfortable. As many have already commented, forget dialing “0” as instructed for room service or any other request. You have to go down to the reception as calls are simply ignored. The check-in is severely understaffed.

A four-hour check-in queue was not acceptable. Although I understand the circumstances were unusual, management did not address the problems. The line wrapped around the lobby multiple times. Newcomers were trying to cut line in front of those of us who had been standing for 2 hours or more. Management seemed to be hiding out instead of helping to make the customers comfortable. It was a nightmare experience.

My second stay and once again, did not disappoint. This luxurious hotel is surprisingly quiet, despite its convenient airport location. The rooms, hallways and restaurant are squeaky clean. That should be enough, but the icing on the cake is the exceptional breakfast which offers an over abundance of delicious choices. Well worth spending the extra dollar!

We arrived near midnight exhausted. Short covered walk ( follow small signs) to a cozy bed. Extremely friendly staff. It was a lifesaver for us! If you have a short stay at the stansted airport...this is the ONLY way to go. So convenient! We were absolutely thrilled with our experience. Short walk in the morning back to airport and all connecting busses into London.

It was very pleasant journey. The Staff ware very friendly. The breakfast is very rich and yummy.

We had a two day lay-over in London and used this hotel as our base. Having a hearty breakfast every morning was excellent. Good wifi. The room was clean, with basic toiletries, and the room itself was not very large (king-size bed and small cot took up all the space so it felt very tight and you could not pull the chair from the desk out). It was a short walk to the airport. Having a train and buses to London available from the airport was great for our sight seeing. Would recommend for a short stay.

Hotel is inside the Stansted airport, but the rooms are sound proof. Breakfast has many options. You have two minute walk to the terminal .

The hotel was great. The only problem was that we had only 6 hours there after a late night flight from Palermo to Stansted. We would have had a little bit more time there except that the signage between the airport and the hotel is terrible!! Not well-lighted, tiny, not enough of it. We ended up walking over a highway ramp in the dark, dragging all our luggage. It was extremely dangerous and we are older people. In the morning we could see the covered walkway and the sign to the Radisson, which was very small.

This is the perfect hotel to stay at for early morning flights out of Stansted. The terminals are a short 4-5 minute covered walk to the main airport. I will stay here everytime I have an extremely early flight. Thanks again!

I had a 7:30 a.m. flight out of Stansted and stayed at this hotel the night prior to my departure. The location is top notch -- just outside the terminal building. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant on site. I didn't use it, but it seemed rather busy. You can also order the same food from the restaurant as room service for a few pounds more. I did make use of the sauna/steam room facilities. I think that the hotel has some sort of membership available for non-hotel guests to use the gym, pool, sauna, and steam room. Most of the people down there were non-hotel guests. The only place where the hotel lacked was the cleanliness of these facilities. I would only rate that part a 2.5-3.0 out of 5.0.

This is a very modern and well appointed hotel at a two minute covered walk from Stansted airport . My spacious room had a comfortable king-size bed with plenty of pillows, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean, with good quality toiletries provided. There were two attractive restaurants offering a range of reasonably priced light and more substantial meals. I opted for the Tower and received prompt and polite service but was rather disappointed with my Caesar salad which was poorly presented and unappetising. That was the only minus in an otherwise very pleasant stay, but it's an important one. It may have been that the kitchen was under pressure that evening, so I would recommend the Radisson Blu - just avoid the Caesar Salad!

Comfortable and convenient, a modern full service hotel right at the terminal. Perfect for our needs there.

The hotel is within walking distance of Stansted Airport. It looks fairly new. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The rate wasn't super cheap but it was reasonable for what the hotel offered.

This hotel experience was much more pleasant than 95% of the hundreds of hotels in which I have stayed. Everything was "as advertised", and they advertise a top notch hotel stay.
