Everything about this hotel was top-of-the-line! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful drinks and food were great and the location was the best part— we were able to get in and out of London, so easily on the train. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here in the future.

Toiletry bottles were empty. Ordered room service, waited an hour, it arrived cold, kitchen closed, no one answered phone at the reception so had to go down to tell them it was cold, had to have a refund, they overcharged by £10 and even forgot one of the plates.

Staff were great, room was great location was great . In case i dont get a chance to mention later, the only negative is that i like a bath. This was possible, with a bathtub in my room, but the shampoo etc dispensers are NAILED to the wall at a height of 1.7 metres, which is tough to reach without standing up

Staff were great Room was nice, clean, well maintained Very very disappointed with the restaurant. Only food at the bar was available - the College restaurant was closed. Very very poor vegetarian choices - just a salad or curry. The salad had no protein because they left out the edame beans. Imagine if the only option for meat eaters was a ham salad or shepherds pie! What uproar would there be? Staff were very polite about it and did try to accommodate but couldn’t do anything about the menu. Won’t be staying at a Radisons again.
