Beautiful checkin and perfect after a late flight. We appreciated the comfortable bed, clean bathroom and tea kettle.
Location was convenient for Stanford airport. The hotel was absolutely not equipped for proper overnight state: for example no refrigerator. We were leaving hotel at 4:45 am, so we cannot get a breakfast there. We had some milk with us, but it got spoiled. On THe other hand we booked this hotel for TWO people. Why did they put a folding bed in our room as a third bed?????? It took ALL the space, and I hurt my leg when I went to a restroom at night. And I could continue with other annoying things. We were shocked that we never heard an airplane the entire time we stayed there. It was nice to walk two minutes to the airport and get on a train into London during our downtime. The staff was extremely friendly. Would highly recommend
