Bedroom carpet unclean, toilet and bathroom dirty and mouldy, mismatched cups, few tea and coffee sachets. Asked for Earl Grey tea. Staff stated they had none. However saw some in reception. Fitness suite shut early for no apparent reason. Room tired not worth cost. Gone down hill. Have photos to justify.

The first room we were given had a broken and quite dangerous wardrobe door and the safe was not working. However, on reporting this to reception, we were immediately given an apology and another room. Very good customer service and good food in the bar.

Enjoy, but don't ask for assistance beforehand.

Hotel was very pleasant, and the staff were courteous. Communication before arrival, however, was shoddy and slap dash. Asked if possible to print a document and was told yes, no problem, have a word with reception staff. Arrived, from a delayed flight, at 2am to be told that it was possible but not from a memory stick. I'd have to email the document for printing. So, there I am, 2.30am, trying to get my laptop out of my bag, to log in to the hotel WiFi, to find the document, attach it to an email, wait for it to be received and printed. Could have emailed it that morning and had it waiting for me. My apologies to the night staff who showed remarkable patience to a very weary traveller.
