Floor in room was extremely sticky, bed quilts were dirty, and the room smelled like smoke. The pool was closed for a loud, private event and no breakfast was being served the next day. Gentleman at the front desk was on his phone the entire time I was trying to get checked in.

I never like leaving bad reviews, or let me say indifferent. The property would function better if it was updated. THE WHOLE BUILDING!!! The young lady that assisted me at check in was the same person driving the shuttle during the day. There is no way she can provide optimal customer service at the front desk; while having the pressure of providing an amenity to customers. The condition of the building draws in a certain clientele that I will not subject myself to ever again. I hope there is improvement in the future. Good luck.

This hotel was absolutely horrible, no hot water, no drinking water on the floors at all i ordered room service and told them i was diabetic and needed a drink they completely forgot then showed up on a hoverboard 2 hours later with the drink very outdated an not hospitable at all

The towels were only changed once every three days, and the bed sheets had not been changed for almost a month — they were visibly dirty and greasy. The shower did not drain properly, which was very inconvenient. In addition, several of the breakfast cooking machines were not working. Although the staff were friendly and polite, the overall condition of the hotel was very poor. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

the steak house wasnt open take out only, the hot breakfast buffet was minimal and not good. hotel was old and dingy, mattress and sheets were stained with god knows what. they dou le booked my room so after 4 nights I was told I needed move to another room. I only had one roll of toilet paper in the room had to wash my ass with a wash cloth then go get a new roll from the front desk. I will never stay here again horrible hotel

The smell in the rooms were horrible. The windows were dirty, the walls were cracked, the bathroom was uncleaned, there was no microwaves in the rooms and no irons. I got stuck in the elevator because it didn't go to first floor and almost had a panic attack. Furniture was outdated. There did not have any trash bags in the trash cans. The only plus was there was heat and hot water .

I had to wait at the desk for 5-10 minutes for them to give me a room (no one else in line), and it took three tries to get a room that was ready (I.e., beds made). In addition, one of the two elevators was malfunctioning.
