Stylish and cozy 2 bedroom- available for short term or longer term rental! Less than five minutes from Brookwood Hospital and 10 minutes from UAB/ downtown. In a lovely, quiet and safe neighborhood just off 65 in Homewood. The beautiful Lakeshore trail is across the main road, where you can bike or run along the creek. The apartment has been professionally remodeled and furnished with everything you should need for a comfortable stay in Birmingham!

The apartment has an open living space with a den area, Roku TV, full kitchen, small dining area, bar table, and a washer and dryer. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and we provide coffee for your stay!

The master bedroom is spacious with a queen bed and desk area. The second bedroom has two comfortable twin beds, and both bedrooms have large closets.

Great property

We enjoyed the proximity to Samford University. It's in a neighborhood of mixed single family and multi-unit homes. Very unique to me. We appreciated the dedicated parking places and quiet neighborhood.
