The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. While there is no restaurant, they have a selection of snack foods and frozen foods you can eat in the evening, and you can buy breakfast in the morning.

Good but not great

We had an extremely quick trip so it makes it unfair to give a completely accurate review. We arrived right at midnight and wanted to wind down for a few minutes before sleep. The TV had a picture and volume but then the picture went out so it left us with volume only. Turning it off and on didn't help and we weren't streaming so not an internet problem. We arrive late and weren't planning to watch so we didn't bother to call to report until checkout. So, I have no idea how they would have handled so a negative but they may have corrected immediately and all would have been well. Room was clean but not spacious. No tub but it may have been our type of room. Staff was friendly. Shower leaked around door.

The rooms were loud. I could hear everything from the hall and the room next to us. If the air conditioner fan could have contained running it would have been fine, but it kept cycling on and off which combined with the noise made for a fitful sleep.

I would stay again!

Very friendly staff from the front desk to housekeeping; The happy hour was a nice touch and the bar was open and the bartender was great! Parking wasn't bad because we were able to get up front and the location was walking distance to restaurants.

Overated

Even though this room is eccentric in its layout this specific location doesnt work. To close to downtown because walls are thin. Can hear everything including vehicle traffic. Then there is the fact personnel do not understand that Down is Feathers. Took awhile to checkin. Then service replaced pillows and bottom sheet but replaced king mattress with queen sheet so made sleepi g on it terrible. Toilet is too close to ground. Nearly fall everytime.

Great place but can be noisy

This is truly a great place. Clean, friendly staff and close to shops and restaurants but there were trucks and cars honking and driving by at 2:00 and 3:00 in the morning. I expected some street noise when I got in the room but was surprised at the amount. I would still stay again but ask for a room facing away from the street. The staff was all southern hospitality and the noise was no fault of the hotel. Maybe a sound machine?

Good with one issue

Hotel was great - parking very convenient and free. Our room was fine except the handle for bathroom sliding door was broken - the door is very heavy and closing it was next to impossible. We did report the issue to hotel staff.
