We stayed here a few weeks before and our room was great. The room this time was a bit more dinged up and the caulking was peeling from the shower and the shower door didn't work properly. It seemed to show its age.

The staff at Aloft Birmingham-Soho Square were exceptional! They were not only warm and welcoming but also highly responsive to every question or request. The hotel’s location in the vibrant SOHO area offers fantastic dining and shopping options. I strongly recommend this property for anyone visiting Birmingham.
