I was very disappointed about the parking for hotel clients. I understand making a profit from term parking for airport but it would be a better arrangment if they park on side or back of hotel.

Rooms were absolutely filthy. Bed sheets had stains all over

They were doing renovations in the lobby, it was hard to find an employee. The first room we were given the power didn’t work, the second room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We ended up staying in the third room, which had a stained mattress, half the lights didn’t work, the tub drained slowly and the toilet made a loud screeching sound every time it was flushed.

The property was run down and room wasnt very clean, so bad i had to take pictures so i could prove how bad it was....Wyndham should sell that property, i wouldnt want my name associated with it.

Run down place, has little to no services at all

Pro: sheets appeared clean and mattress was firm. Check in and out was easy. Quite enough to sleep. No bugs seen. Cons: toilet handle had to be held down until toilet bowl was almost full of water before it would flush, wall beside toilet had what looked like pee splatter, hair and dust under the bathroom sink, hallway had a strong musty smell, walls and ceilings had multiple cracks, stains on walls and ceilings of various colors, stain on lampshade, tv only got 2 channels. We didn’t try the shower, coffee maker, microwave, or refrigerator.

I like how comfortable the bed was until i noticed & took pictures of a bug in the bed & the sheets were nasty not to mention the wall had strains of long red hair on the wall behind the shower curtain, the hotel is very outdated, the TV came on but couldn't catch no channels, when i turned on the ac a horrible smell came out mind you this is in the second room i was in. The 1st room was in worse condition. My credit card was overcharged. I won't be staying at this place ever again

Waaaw, so disappointing place. 1. Took me over 20 minutes to check in. 2. Stains on sheets, towels, floor, bathroom, couch everywhere 3. They charged me 11.92 nobody knows for what. Morning shift tells me call night shift, night shift tells me call the morning shift 4. My hands are itching, I really hope, I didn't catch anything 😔

It is a hotel very close to airport. But the operation is disaster. I waiting for more than 50 minutes for hotel shuttle. And more than 20 mintues for checking. Breakfast is simple. Except the hotel restanrante, other food is 10 minutes far away from hotel. Not good organization hotel.

I stopped here on my way thru to Jacksonville. It was not a nice experience, the rooms smelled, thehallways were trashy, and there were people just roaming around. If you want to sleep then it's fine, but this is and was not a good option. Do yourself a favor and pay a few more dollars.

This hotel is very close to the airport. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. They give you lots of amenities. Everything was clean. The toilet had noticeable dark discoloration on spots around its base. It looked like stains of urine, but it was just rust. I would stay here again.

I liked the proximity to the airport and the available shuttle service. I didn’t like that there was no phone in my room - whenever I needed to talk to someone at the front desk, I had to go downstairs to the desk. Breakfast was minimal - no cream cheese for the bagels, no butter for the toast or grits, no juice, no variety, etc.

(1) Availability was not a problem. (2) The staff was professional, particularly at the front desk. (3) Food at the attached restaurant was reasonably priced. (4) A security guard periodically patrolled the parking lot (5) There were roaches in my room. (6) Room service happens only when leaving (7) My sink would not drain until after 12 hours. (8) The entire hotel - inside & out - looks old & dirty & in need of repairs; pictures are NOT an accurate reflection.

The room was unclean, the refrigerator did NOT work and no ice machine got ice from a connected bar left vehicle parked there while on trip they left me stranded in the heat at the airport for over an hour after they told me to wait outside and kept hanging up when I tried to call to check on status of shuttle after waiting for so long. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!! No apology or anything for leaving me out in the heat for over an hour when they originally told me it would only be a few minutes. I WILL NEVER EVER CONSIDER USING THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
