After 3 key cards not working, I got a different room. This room smelled like moldy body odor, so after finally settling into a 3rd room, I discovered the dirty floors in the bathroom.

Front desk staff was friendly, room was a bit dated, but could tell they were still remodeling rooms. It was super close to the airport. They had a free shuttle. A free breakfast was included. It was great to get a hot cup of coffee and a bagel.

Poor service, place falling apart. Guy on the front desk was more interested in his phone conversation than guests, I was waiting a minute before being addressed and felt like I’d interrupted him. I was not told breakfast wasn’t available, I found out in the elevator that morning with a notice. Breakfast bring available was one of the reasons I stayed so was disappointed. Furniture was warn out and falling apart, dresser draws not closing properly, table leg about to break off, the mattress didn’t fit on the bed properly either. Room was clean enough

We basically just had somewhere to sleep the room smelled funny there was mildew in the bathtub it was Dusty staff was rude did not have bags in the trash can we asked for bags they told us they didn't have none we had checked in for three people and we asked for more towels cuz we only had two wash clothes and they said they didn't have any they handed me a big towel so I had to give my daughter a shower with socks

Hello, I’m writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. The room conditions and service were unacceptable. When I checked in, the room was not clean. The toilet was clogged, and the shower curtain was so short that water spilled on both sides — I even had to hold one side to prevent the bathroom from flooding. I also requested a towel, but no one brought it to my room, so I had to go down from the 4th floor just to get one. On top of that, the TV did not work at all, and the room phone was also not working. I had to use my personal phone to call the front desk, but every time I called, it just rang and went straight to a full voicemail box. I had two nights reserved, but because of all these issues, I had to cancel the second night. I appreciate that you refunded the second night, but I am requesting a refund for the first night as well due to the extremely poor conditions and lack of service. This experience was very disappointing, and I hope you can resolve this matter promptly. Thank you.

This hotel is very very run down. It's in terrible condition. Old, dirty, poorly repaired holes in the wall. It's really nasty.

Upon arrival the Hotel is not well keep. The rooms was terrible the sheets are dirty, red spots on sheets. ( complain and ask for new sheets, we went out to eat came back 3hours later sheets not changed. Complained again until I had to get the sheets and change them myself.) Dirty in side. The door has a big opening at the bottom something can crawl under the door. How dangerous is it that you allow that much opening under the door in times like this where there is kidnapping and and sex trafficking you give people assets to the rooms. The light in the room was blown out didn’t get fix until late night the next day. Saturday I was kids cleaning (Sweeping/mopping) in the Lobby. This is why the service and cleanliness is terrible. No manager available the whole weekend. I would like a partial refund!!!!

The whole facility is very old and run down. Gentleman who checked us in was pleasant. Once we opened the door to our room we were met with a strong smell of marijuana so we were given a second room. Bed was AWFUL. It was like sleeping in a bowl. Room was clean but seriously outdated. No breakfast was offered in the morning which was one of the reasons why we had chosen this particular hotel. The shuttle driver acted annoyed he had to drive me to the airport and offered no assistance getting in or out of the van. This hotel is in a great location for the airport and the price was reasonable but I would not recommend.
