Be careful when trying to find but great value

Rooms great, price was great, very clean. Only confusing bit is on arrival to where reception is. Ok you get a message telling you but it’s not very useful when driving and following a Sat nav. Should really be in the hotel description. Especially when you arrive and Peter Scott House doesn’t say anything about being a hotel and signage points to the other hotel across the road :-)

Comfortable, clean, convenient

This hotel is value for money. We use it when we take our son back to university each term. We use the lovely facilities - bar and breakfast - at the Edgbaston Park Hotel. Peter Scott is comfortable, clean and very convenient for a short stay.

Great location for the UOB

Attending my daughters graduation at the university so an ideal location as just a short walk to campus. Rooms were well equipped with all we needed and clean. Use of facilities at the hotel opposite was a bonus.

Basic accommodation which was wwll located fir Birmingham meeting. Liked the campus setting in a green and pleasant park. Handy car park however leave your car across tge road for free parking. Lovely lady on reception advised of this. A good budget stay, bathroom a bit dated however spotlessly clean and functional

The hotel is in two parts. We were in Peter Scott annex, which is across the road, but not a problem. The room was ideal for an overnight stay, light and airy and comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities were adequate. The reception and bar areas were well serviced. We returned from a concert at midnight and the bar was closed, but the night reception staff served us a last drink. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
