From start to finish couldn't fault it. Location perfect Room everything and more you could want, nice size Staff brilliant Cleaner spot on Kitchen well equipped Lovely touch mon, tue, Wednesday 6.30pm till 7.30pm in reception free drinks and snacks.. Fab choice of drinks from beer, wine so soft drinks. Cheese, meats , craacjers and much more on offer. Breakfast amazing choice so much choice, brilliant quality, all hot , perfect service. A truly brilliant little find , Staff attentive, will definitely be back Highly recommend

staff lovely , not sure if we got down to breakfast to late but missing essential items on the buffet , no hash browns,tomatoes, mushroom and only scrambled egg, no hot water in bathroom on tap , great amenities in room tho nice lay out great extra seating , loads of lighting in room but not bright enough for how big the wardrobe is

Lovely big room, even got an armchair. Didn't use the kitchen but for a longer stay it would be very useful. I also liked the chillout area by reception, not always available in hotels of this price.

We had a lovely suite with a perfect kitchenette and city views. Bed was comfortable, there was an armchair and there was good storage space. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Very handy central location.

Breakfast was very good, staff were kind. Location was very central for the train station. The social event (some drinks and nibbles on Mon-Wed night) was pleasant. The room was nice and well laid out. Up on the 11th floor, it was not noisy. The only significant downside was the Guest Laundry. This was free (bring your own detergent), with 5 washing machines and 5 driers. They had signs up about "etiquette" for the room, asking people _not_ to remove others washing, but also reminding people to get their washing out fast. All good signs for a well run guest laundry. The negative. One of the 4 washer was out-of-order. Two had been left full of cleaning clothes by the housekeeping team for an entire evening. And one was part full of stinking, stagnant water, which must have been taken days before it smelt that bad. So... housekeeping is miss-using the machines, and maintenance is not checking them. I was able to use the 1 machine which was left, which was the main reason I picked this hotel. I liked everything else, but if this core infrastructure is not being looked after, I fear I need to think some more for the future.
