Wonderful large room. Luxurious and bed and pillows were really comfy. Spotless bathroom with lovely smelling toiletries. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend highly as so convenient for getting from the station and visiting the Xmas Market.

Veggie breakfast was a big disappointment, for the price I'd expected something decent but no. The food had obviously been sitting around for a while and was lukewarm and rubbery. The hotel has a sauna but you can't use it unless you pay £15 per person for a 2 hour slot. The area was ok, you're close to the station but I wouldn't stay there again.
