While the entire staff was great, Kerry and Anitra were absolutely amazing. Friendly and welcoming. Gave suggestions for area attractions and restaurants.

This is the second time we have stayed at this Hyatt & have enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was not as nice as pictures indicated. Needs an update or at least basic repairs on things like torn carpet, etc. The continental breakfast was underwhelming and the coffee was very poor taste and quality.

Great location, awesome breakfast, clean, comfy, room!

Carpet had black marks on it; no thermostat on the air/heating unit. Room was not cleaned one day. The electric outlets did not all work. Front desk staff was great, breakfast was delicious, but the facilities were sorely lacking. Surprised. Assumed a “Hyatt” named hotel would be much better.

The property was nice. The people were very nice and the room was nice.

My wife and I stayed for a week to pay respect to her late farther who passed to soon. He was a Vietnam veteran in the United States Air force he was an air craft mechanic. That being said the hotel and staff was most excellent very helpful and friendly staff delicious breakfast with a lot to choose from.

I can't say enough about the great staff; however, I arrived on a Thursday, slept fine (except the mattress killed my hips) but Friday the hotel filled up and all I heard was slamming doors all night. So the door seal or something just isn't effective enough to keep the hallway noise to a minimum. I could hear the people moving around above me as well, but they eventually went to sleep, not so for all the people coming and going into the wee hours of the night. I'm lucky if I got two hours of sleep that night and I was there for an interview so it made a big difference in my stay unfortunately.

I enjoyed my one night stay here. The room was comfortable and had many amenities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The price I paid was extremely reasonable for the quality of this hotel. I've paid much more to stay in far less. Biggest drawback is the traffic on the highway in front of the hotel. It was very congested and a hassle to get anywhere using that road. I just left out of the back side of the property after the first trip through nearly stagnant traffic. Breakfast was hot and decent. Everything was clean and organized. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is everything you would expect. My only small dissatisfaction was with breakfast. Its not exactly as advertised.

Nice hotel in that area. Good breakfast and ambience. Friendly staff

The staff was accommodating to our every request. This was true Southern charm. The room was spacious and exactly as it was shown on the website. The breakfast made us want to wake up early, and it had a great selection for everyone in the family. The kids also enjoyed the pool which wasn't too deep but still deep enough for our older child. The room was easily accessible with large hallways to navigate easily. The a/c was a bit loud but kept the room cool. We were very satisfied and recommend this to anyone with children.

We stayed two nights. The first room smelled of smoke and they moved us quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff was fantastic!

We stayed there for 3 nights. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Except for the moving between rooms. They told us we had th move to another room 2 times throughout our stay to accomadate a soccer team. I didn't like the fact that we were inconvenienced to accomadate someone else. We were customers too.

This is for sure the hotel that I'll continue to use when in Birmingham. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel.

Staff was incredibly professional in all interactions. They made sure I knew about all the extras the hotel had to offer, and were very friendly each time I passed through the lobby. Room was clean and nice modern finishes with extra comfy bed and pillows.

Was a good hotel. Amenities were ok and location was ok. Staff was Excellent. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend

My husband and I had a GREAT stay!!! We always stay here and we've NEVER had a bad stay.. Rooms always clean and staff friendly and on point...

We ALWAYS stay here, this is my husband’s favorite place to stay. We have always had a pleasant stay. The rooms and bathroom are always clean (that’s a pulse for me) that's the first thing that I check and then the beds are clean (not sure what type of liquid that’s used to wash the linen, but linen is always ruff (but I bring my own) (just a little FYI)

Everything was GREAT!!! NO complants. As long as the husband and kids were happy, that's ALL that mattered......This will always be our STOP when we're visiting family in Leeds, AL.
