When we arrived the ladies working the front desk were so nice and hospitable. The hotel was so nice and neat clean and smelled so nice. The room was clean the mattress was new and comfortable. The linens are so soft and smell sanitized. I was only disappointed that the indoor pool was too cold to go swimming and i was looking forward to that.

Everything was as it should be except there isn't a printer in the business center. If something needs to be printed is had to be emailed to the hotel. Special congratulations to front desk clerk Melissa. the always smile, being helpful with any question I had, yet very professional.
