A nice place to stay

We were very comfortable and slept well. Our suite had LOTS of space and a fantastic balcony. Breakfast was very good and the valets were quick and friendly. The hotel staff were helpful and accommodating with luggage storage, early check-in, etc.

Beautiful days in Birmingham Tutwiler

It was an older but wonderful Hotel that was refurbished but kept the Original architecture. And everyone was very nice starting with the valet .

I valet parked and used the app to request my car. I requested my car at 5:15am because I had to be at the hospital at 6. When I went to get my car, there was not anyone at the valet desk. I asked 2 ladies that were talking at the front desk, and one lady replied, "oh, I am valet". Did you need your car? Then she said, I have to go get my computer. There was another person waiting on their car. If you want us to use the app to request your car also. Why don't the valet personnel check the app. I requested my car in plenty of time as not to be late. Thanks to valet - it did not work out that way! Also, in the lobby area, someone had a large pit bull dog.

While Parking was not the easiest thing and the rooms didn't have a microwave or mini fridge, the size of the room was amazing, the breakfast included option was really convenient for the children, bathroom was extremely clean and well stocked.
