The room was nice and comfortable, just a bit outdated. The staff were okay overall, but one guy who worked there came off a little creepy toward me and my girlfriend, and he was pretty disrespectful when we asked where the snack room was. Besides that, the place felt safe, which is a big plus, and it’s super close to everything. We wouldn’t stay again, but it’s fine for a short stay.

We had a great stay! The hotel is a beautiful historic Building! It’s a good walk to Protective Stadium and other downtown attractions, but a reasonable Uber ride in inclement weather. Our room was great! The bathroom was very spacious. The size of the room was comfortable. There was a little noise from the loud cars so I would pack some earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. There is a nice breakfast included in your stay! We used the valet parking since we are not familiar with the area and the limited parking close by. Well, actually, we didn’t check. There may be! We just valeted to be easier for us. The staff was very helpful!

Exercise room was nice, breakfast was better than the usual cardboard hotel breakfast, it wasn’t Cracker Barrel but not bad. Hotel was clean everywhere and well maintained. The rooms were nice, bathroom was a little small but nothing to lose sleep over. Overall we had a nice stay, slept well, exercised, ate and would absolutely come back!

I LOVED THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL, FOR THE MOST PART QUIET CONSIDERING IT'S RIGHT DOWNTOWN! MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT I COULD HEAR THE MAN IN THE ROOM NEXT TO MINE WHEN HE WAS ON THE PHONE AT 6 IN THE MORNING. I COULD HEAR HIM THROUGH THE WALLS, AND HE WAS JUST TALKING IN A REGULAR SPEAKING VOLUME. IT MADE ME CONCERNED THAT THEY MIGHT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO HEAR ME WHEN I WAS WATCHING TV OR LAUGHING OR ANYTHING, REALLY. OTHER THAN THAT, THE BREAKFAST BUFFET HAD SO MANY GREAT CHOICES, THE VIEW FROM MY ROOM WAS COOL, AND THE ROOM WAS REALLY NICE! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING! ALL OF THE STAFF MEMBERS I ENCOUNTERED WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. THE HOTEL IS BEAUTIFUL!
