Staff were so nice and friendly. The rooms were nice & the hotel is in a great location and walkable. We went to a concert at the Coca-Cola Amphitheater & it was a quick Uber ride. We really enjoyed our stay, and would stay again.

I've stayed here before and this experience was my least favorite. Water was shut off once (which things happen, I understand), but I had cold water in the shower 2 of my 4 days there due to heating issues. Along with that, the shower gel was empty. When I asked for a refill, it took 2 days to get it to me, and even then, they simply sat it on the counter instead of installing it in the shower.

The room and hotel were nice and clean. Unfortunately something happened to my keychain while the valet had my keys. My keychain bear’s limbs are missing and my heart charm is broken. We didn’t realize this until after we left.

The suites are very large and roomy! Beds were comfy and room was very clean. Front desk associates were always very friendly. Parking can be an issue. Street parking (if you're lucky), parking garage (across the street $20 per day) or valet ($36.00 per night + tips). We chose the valet option. Seemed the most convenient. Valets were always very friendly as always gave personal suggestions on restaurants and directions. If you choose valet, plan to pay your tips by cash and do not choose to pay them on the app. The valets said they do not get the money. Overall, I would recommend this Hotel.
